Gently close your eyes and ensure that you are seated upright.

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose,
Slowly exhale,
Relax your muscles as you breathe out.
Notice how you feel this morning.
Take note of how your body feels.
Notice your breath.
Notice the stillness and the sensations that are accompanied by this morning's routine.
Now let's begin the affirmations.
Repeat after me.
I am full of energy and ready to take on anything.
I have full confidence in my abilities.
I am worthy of success and happiness.
I trust myself to make the right decisions.
Today is going to be a great day.
I welcome whatever challenges come my way.
I choose happiness and gratitude today.
I deserve the very best in life and I'm out there to get it.
I'm grateful for today's opportunities.
I am proud of who I am becoming.
I'm so excited for today.
