Hey there.
Let's take a break from what you're doing and invite some gratitude and positivity into your day.
Begin by finding yourself seated comfortably,
Your back upright,
And gently close your eyes.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.
And slowly exhale.
And when you're fully exhaled,
Just notice how you feel.
Notice any sensations that may be running through your body.
I'd like you to now think of a person in your life for whom you are grateful.
It can be anyone.
And why are you grateful for this person?
Notice how you feel when you invite this person into your mind and acknowledge their value.
Next up,
I'd like you to think of a food you are grateful for,
Something that you enjoy eating that exists that you are grateful for.
Notice how you feel when you think of this food or treat or snack.
Now think of something that is currently in your home for which you are grateful.
It can be something of sentimental value or something that you take for granted that really brings value to your life on a practical level.
How do you feel when you think of this thing?
And now I'd like you to think of a quality of yours that you are grateful for,
A trait or a quality that you distinctly hold within you.
Why are you grateful for this quality?
I'll give you a few seconds.
Notice how you feel when you think of this quality.
Do you feel thrilled,
Proud,
Uplifted?
I want you to now think of yourself when you're at your best.
What qualities do you carry with you when you're at your best?
How do you feel when you are at your best?
Just imagine what you're like and re-invite those qualities even if they're in the form of a memory.
I want to remind you that these are your qualities.
They are in you.
They are in you.
You may not see them now in this moment but there is so much good in you that is being overlooked.
You are amazing.
People love you and you have so much to be thrilled about.
So with that being said,
You may open your eyes when you're ready.
And I want you to have the best day possible.
