Welcome.

Let's take a moment to recharge with a few breaths.

It's been a tough day,

So kudos for giving yourself a couple of minutes to breathe and relax.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale away any heaviness from today.

Breathing in slowly,

Noticing how your body expands,

And slowly exhaling and relaxing a little further.

Keep taking deep breaths in,

Noticing the air filling your lungs and slowly exhale,

Letting out more tension.

Notice how with each exhale,

You feel a little lighter.

Take another deep breath in,

Noticing your body expanding,

And when you're ready,

Slowly breathe out,

Feeling more relaxed.

Notice how you feel in this moment.

It's amazing how a couple of minutes of breathing can shift your day for the better.

Have a relaxed rest of the day.
