Letting out more tension.
Notice how with each exhale,
You feel a little lighter.
Take another deep breath in,
Noticing your body expanding,
And when you're ready,
Slowly breathe out,
Feeling more relaxed.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
It's amazing how a couple of minutes of breathing can shift your day for the better.
