I will guide you through a meditation that can rewire scarcity into wealth for good.
Now I want you to know that although this potential exists,
We cannot transform overnight something that was present with us our entire life.
So you will experience a breakthrough,
A massive shift,
However it's up to you to stick with the practice of appreciation further,
As I taught you in the previous lesson,
Or to simply listen to this meditation regularly and then watch how your life changes.
So without further ado,
Let's dive into this meditation.
I want you to find the most relaxing place you can,
And use headphones for the best experience.
You can either be in a lotus position,
Sitting or laying in your bed or on the floor.
Simply make sure you are fully relaxed.
Next is to close your eyes and let yourself be fully guided by my voice.
Take a deep breath in,
Connecting with the presence behind your body.
And hold it at the top,
And be aware of the presence behind your body.
Now exhale when you are ready.
Now on the next inhale,
I want you to visualize pure white light spreading into your entire chest and further into your body through your breath.
This breath you are going to inhale very slow.
So let's begin.
Deep and slow breath in.
Now hold and visualize this white pure light spreading across your entire body from your chest.
See how it goes into your shoulders,
Into your arms,
Into your head.
And then further down into all your organs,
Your waist,
Your legs and feet.
And exhale in gratitude.
Now another deep slow inhale.
And hold it at the top.
And this time the focus is on the exhale.
So now while you hold,
Feel into all the heaviness that exists in your body or in your mind.
See if there's any judgment there,
Either towards yourself or others,
Any negative energy.
Now on the exhale,
Let it all out.
Release yourself as much as possible of anything negative.
And now that you're more present with your energy,
We are ready to dive deeper into the practice.
Let your breath be however it wants,
For now.
I invite you to remember the illusion of scarcity.
Invite in your presence any parts of you that believe,
Still,
That scarcity is justified to exist within you.
I want you to observe these parts,
These stories,
That you tell yourselves without any judgment whatsoever.
I want you to observe any parts of you that blame yourself,
The world or life in general for somehow not showing up for you or making you feel that you are not good enough.
Just give it a moment.
Now that you can observe this with the least amount of attachment,
I want you to send love to these parts of you that were affected by these beliefs,
To the parts of you that felt unsafe in your own body,
In the world or in your expression and power.
Send yourself love straight from your heart.
You can view this as that white pure light that we envisioned in the beginning.
See this light expanding from your heart into your entire body,
Wrapping yourself in purity and love and dissolving any story and belief about lack and not enoughness.
Know that you are enough no matter what you do,
No matter if you decide to do something with your life or not.
You are enough just by being here in this reality.
There is nothing to prove,
Nothing to feel ashamed for,
Nothing to be hard on yourself for.
Give yourself a moment feeling this.
And now I want you to put both your hands on your heart and start appreciating yourself.
Give thanks for your body,
Your bones,
Your muscles that help you move,
Your nervous system,
Your organs who all work for you,
Whose only mission is to keep you healthy and alive.
Take a moment for this as well.
Now appreciate the air you breathe,
Your heart pumping for you unconditionally blood into your body,
Without you even doing anything.
Appreciate your body having the capacity to heal from anything.
And now let's go a bit external.
Appreciate the environment you are in,
The room you are in,
The house you are in,
The land and the country you live in,
The continent you live on,
And for the planet you live on,
The solar system and the sun for allowing life to earth,
The galaxy and the universe and its incredible intelligence that we are allowed to tap into.
Take a moment to appreciate this.
Now appreciate your relationships,
The ones that nurture and nourish you,
But also the ones that taught you great lessons the hard way.
Appreciate the food that you eat,
The water and liquids that you drink,
The technology that you use,
Which paradoxically can help you reconnect with yourself and make your life comfortable.
Appreciate the life you build,
With good and bad,
Knowing that you are the creator of it and can change its course at any time.
Appreciate,
Simply appreciate everything.
Now I want you to specifically appreciate the energy of money,
Knowing that you decide what you do with it,
What intention you put behind it,
Not from a place of fear,
But rather from excitement,
From knowing your needs and excitement and being ready to show up for them.
Appreciate the energy of giving and receiving,
Which exists everywhere in nature.
Appreciate your soul gifts,
Whether you are aware of them or not.
Maybe call them to be revealed to you if you are not aware what they are.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale with a sound of relief.
And another one,
As well,
Exhale with a sound.
And another one with a sound of excitement for your life.
May that sound be whatever you want.
Now,
Dear one,
Just go out there and live your best life.
But remember to practice appreciation every single day for five minutes and to come back to this meditation each time you feel inspired,
Because this is how you shift,
This is how you keep this shift going.
With every practice,
You will be more and more rooted into appreciation,
Into who you are and into soul-aligned wealth.
