Welcome dear one to this simple practice to boost your energy level in five minutes.
So how many times throughout the day you experience a lack of energy in your body?
It can happen for so many reasons.
Either you feel tired from work or you got caught into an overthinking habit or simply got drained by energy in a conversation with someone.
The reason doesn't matter.
What matters is to get your energy level back to normal.
And this is what we are going to do in this short and powerful practice that I often use whenever I need an energy boost throughout my day.
This practice is based on a simple energy release exercise.
First through a short body movement and second a re-energizing practice through breath work.
So let's dive straight into it.
And if you don't like moving your body right now this is not for you.
But I highly recommend you to do so because the results are instant,
Simple and powerful.
Please follow my instructions accordingly for best results and for safety reasons.
If you don't understand something while I'm explaining make sure you pause and you do and then continue with the exercise.
First make sure you are wearing very comfortable clothes and that you have enough space around you.
And now we are going to release and reset your energy.
I want you to stand on your feet and start bouncing your body from your knees.
Close your eyes while you do this and be with your inner world.
The movement should include just a little bending of your knees.
Don't jump just bounce.
After a few seconds include your shoulders as well.
Lift them up and down.
While you do this visualize the stagnant energy leaving your body.
Do this for the next 30 seconds.
Now stop bouncing and move your torso side to side.
Keep your eyes closed.
Along with your torso let your hands and your head follow naturally.
Just make sure you have enough space around you and you don't bump into furniture.
While you do this visualize how you let go of the remaining stagnant energy in your torso,
Hands and head.
You have 30 seconds here as well.
Next jump a little and shake your hands at the same time.
Stay with your eyes closed and in your inner world.
Be mindful to have space around you.
While you do this visualize any stuck energy leaving your bones and your muscles.
Do this for 30 seconds as well.
Now as you release the old energy it's time to reset and refresh to the most simple and really my favorite breathwork techniques.
Are you ready?
Let's go.
So lay down completely on the floor or on the bed.
Know that the breath is life force energy energizing every cell of your body through your blood.
So we will simply activate this function to feel energized again properly.
This is a life fact and it's not just a spiritual concept.
While you lay down take a deep breath in for five seconds.
Now hold it for five seconds and release for five seconds.
Now hold your breath out for five seconds.
Inhale for five seconds.
Hold for five seconds.
Release for five.
Hold for five.
And three more times.
Breathe in for five.
Hold for five.
Release for five.
Hold for five.
Breathe in for five.
Hold for five.
Release for five.
Hold for five.
Last one.
Breathe in for five.
Hold for five.
Release for five.
Hold for five.
And now breathe in normally.
Come to a normal breathing pace.
That's it.
So I hope you can feel already an energy boost and your energy being brought back to normal.
Remember that it's best to repeat this exercise again and again each day and each time you feel like you want an energy boost and a release.
