Transmuted in all energy centers on all levels at the same time.
I'm going to ask you to connect to a version of yourself as a child that needs to be integrated at this time.
Observe how old this version of you is.
What does this version need from you?
What did this version need from their caregivers at that age?
Allow yourself to embody the energy that version of you needed.
Allow yourself to become the adult this child version of you needed around them.
If you would have been there as the adult you are now,
What would you have told them?
What would you have invited them to?
What would you have shown them?
Remember the importance of recognizing the abilities this version of you had.
Recognize their intelligence,
Their unique way of viewing things,
And allow them to see the gift they are to the world without resenting their abilities.
Allow a version of yourself as a teenager that needs to be integrated at this time to show up.
What did this version of you need?
What did this version of you expect from the adults and caregivers around them?
What does this version need from you?
What guidance can you give the teenage version of yourself?
What do you know now that you wish you knew then?
Remind yourself that you don't need to do things as people with sacral energy do.
Remind yourself of the power of being present and aligning yourself to receiving your true desires without overworking yourself,
Without becoming bitter or burnt out.
Now you're going to visualize yourself standing next to the child and teenage version of yourself.
In front of you are all of the people who have admired you in the past.
Allow yourself to receive that recognition,
The feeling of being seen,
Validated,
And valued for who you are.
Now you're going to visualize how the teenage and child version of you begin to integrate into the current version of who you are.
You are one.
I ask to your guides,
Beings of light,
Following the divine plan to slowly remove any lower frequency programming,
Energy,
Or law that isn't serving you at this time.
Anything that isn't allowing you to expand and align to your truest self.
I ask that all of this energy be removed from your physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Spiritual body,
And auric field.
I ask that it be taken back to the center of the earth so that it can be transmuted by this energy,
By this consciousness,
And transformed into something nurturing for the collective.
I ask the creator of all that is to activate any dormant codes,
Programming,
And DNA that need to be activated at this time for your highest good.
And I ask to deactivate anything and everything that is no longer serving you in the evolution of your consciousness.
Begin to visualize the area of your sacral center.
Here I ask to install definition,
Perspective,
And understanding of the creator of rest,
Of boundaries,
Of creativity,
And generative energy.
Allow yourself to enter into this energy center and observe what's inside.
How does it feel to be inside of your sacral center?
You're going to begin to create a safe space,
A safe haven inside of your sacral center.
You can create something in nature or indoors,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
You're free to create anything you want,
Anything you desire.
If it needs more windows,
Plants,
Elements,
People,
Anything you need,
You can bring it into this space.
You can ask to bring in elements from other lifetimes,
Life forms,
Not only on earth,
But in other realms and galaxies.
Anything that reminds you that this is home.
I ask that anything that had become stagnant in this energy center be purged and released without fear,
Without resistance,
With grace and ease.
I ask to fill your whole physical body with white light so that it can raise the vibration and frequency of your physical form.
Observe how this white light expands and begins to fill not only the physical form,
But the etherical,
Your auric field,
And how it expands even further.
I ask that anything and anyone that isn't aligned to the highest version of yourself be released from each and every one of your bodies and repelled by your energy so that only those who are in your life are there to nurture you,
Expand you,
Create more possibilities for you,
