This clearing meditation can be done sitting down with your back up straight or you could also choose to lie down,
Whichever is good.
By settling into your space,
I will invite you to breathe in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
As you're breathing in,
Picture that you are breathing in light that has a gold shimmery color to it.
This light is meant to clear any blockages,
Fear,
Anxieties that you might be holding in the present moment that are not serving you anymore.
So as you breathe in,
Visualize this light spreading in your body by starting with your head,
Going down your neck and your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Enveloping your hands,
Releasing any tension in your muscles that you might be holding.
By continuing to breathe in this light,
You're going to see it spread through your chest,
Go down your spinal cord,
As well as envelop your stomach.
Just visualize this light,
Developing your hips and pelvic area,
Going down your legs and enveloping your feet.
As you consciously exhale through your mouth,
Visualize that you are exhaling anything that isn't serving you.
Trust in the power of your breath to fulfill its purpose of cleansing you.
By continuing to breathe into your space,
I will invite you to visualize that this light is going to spread.
It's going to envelop your energetic field by extending past your skin.
Visualize that you have a bubble that is surrounding you.
And this light is going to cleanse this bubble.
Let's see this light expand to cleanse the space in which you are in.
I'll have you visualize that this light is going to spread,
Starting where you are,
On the floor,
Spreading all the way to each wall.
And the light is going to go up the floor walls of where you are cleansing,
Energizing,
And it's going to wrap around the ceiling.
From here,
You should already start feeling more clear,
Lighter.
That's bringing energy,
Positive energy that is going to allow you to feel revived in this moment.
It is going to allow you to move forward in a more seamless way.
Every day,
We have challenges.
Sometimes we intuitively know which action we should take in order for us to continue moving forward.
Other times we might feel stuck.
We might not know why a certain situation is occurring,
Or why a specific person is addressing us in the way that they are.
I want you to trust that whatever you are going through,
Whichever situation you are in,
Is exactly where you need to be in this present moment for you to be able to learn and grow.
I want you to remember to trust yourself.
Trust that you are attracting to you trustworthy people,
As well as situations and environments that are allowing you to move forward.
If you have thoughts that are popping up in this moment that are not serving you,
I would like you to visualize each thought one at a time being placed in a cloud in your mind.
This should be done so in a way that flows.
Letting the cloud slowly float away so that you can continue focusing on your breath,
On your being,
And the fact that you are alive.
That life is a gift that you should cherish,
That you want to cherish.
I will invite you to take one big inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Now remember the feeling,
This feeling of feeling light and clarity.
You can come back to this meditation as often as you like.
And then soon enough you will realize that you are able to reach the state on your own at any given moment.
Remember that your body can feel at ease always.
How you feel is totally up to you.
Now start wiggling your toes and your fingers and you can slowly open your eyes.
