This was a very interesting meditation from. The challenge in 2024....alot has happened since then...I have definitely stayed open and looking inward all the time now...BREATHING... when I get overwhelmed with our nation and where it's going I breathe deeply 3 times so I won't explode...keep meditating everyday...go for walks...get up and drive by the airport no trees or buildings and watch the Sunrise...it grounds me...the beauty of nature... to see all of creation.. I live in Palm 🌴 Springs CA so it's very beautiful...the Desert.. Coachella Valley...I see it early when its still dark..I can can do this now that I'm 65...I've seen and been through LIFE..GOD IS ON OUR SIDE...the Universe is so vast...to see the Sunrise listening to you or music 🎶 🎵 🎶 🎵 is Gorgeous!
