This track will focus on taking deep breaths with counting. It will focus on being aware of where you hold tension in your body. It will focus on "I am" affirmations to reduce negative belief systems about your toxic family dynamic as well as replace them with loving affirmations towards yourself. It is less than 5 minutes long so it is a track that can be easily fit into a busy schedule.
