This is Ale Garnica.

Welcome to this practice designed to awaken your inner joy.

Adopt a comfortable position while closing your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth,

Imagining all the tension melting like ice in warm water.

Allow your facial muscles to relax,

Your forehead,

Your eyebrows,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw.

Now,

Let a gentle smile form on your lips,

Allow the smile to expand to your cheeks,

Your eyes,

And your forehead.

Imagine your heart smiling warmly,

While still smiling,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Let the joy from that beautiful smile guide you through this day.
