Greetings,

Welcome.

Today we are going to be tapping on a very very important subject which is the fear of rejection.

There is so much that we don't do in life or miss out in life or suffer in life because we are afraid of rejection.

Because maybe we experienced it in the past and there was a lot of energy within us that shrunk when we experienced that,

That got stuck,

Those fears got stuck in our body and we created a lot of beliefs from there that created limitations around us so that we don't go into situations that could make us feel that way.

So today we are going to clear out all of those fears of rejection because that fear of rejection actually holds us back from experiencing so much.

Even though it's trying to keep us safe by not allowing us to go into places where we could get rejected again,

But that makes us miss out so much in life.

So that is why it's very important to clear that.

And when we talk about the fear of rejection,

It can be in every area of your life,

It could be at work,

It could be in relationships,

It could be from your children,

It could be from your colleagues at work,

It could be from strangers,

It could be from friends,

Fear of rejection can come from any form,

Anything in your life.

And so we're going to be working on any area that you wish to work on today.

So take a moment,

You can pause the video whenever you want to do the thing that I'm guiding in this exercise.

Take a paper and write down all the things that you have experienced,

Where you felt rejected,

All the things that you are not doing,

Because you're afraid of rejection.

I want you to write down all such experiences in your life,

All such memories in your life where it felt really hurtful to be rejected by somebody or to be rejected at work,

As an actor,

As at a business meeting,

At a sales pitch,

Wherever it could have happened in your life,

Or maybe there was a boyfriend who cheated on you and you felt rejected.

So write down all such experiences in your life.

So you can pause the video here,

Take a moment or two and write down whatever comes up.

And after you have written that,

Make sure you write down the memories,

The beliefs,

The emotions around all of that.

And once you're done with that,

I want you to be going to aim at it first.

Okay,

So close your eyes.

Imagine in front of you,

There is a box.

And in this box,

Go ahead and put all these memories,

This paper on which you've written everything,

What you can remember,

And even the things that you can't remember,

Put all of them and feel this rejection fully.

Maybe some recent memory or one of the biggest memory,

Or the first memory,

You can feel as strongly as you can,

Because the more you feel it,

The faster it will go away.

And notice on a zero scale of zero to 10,

How strong is this emotion,

This intensity of this box and make it stronger,

The stronger you make it,

The faster it goes away.

And see it,

Feel it,

Hear it,

Smell it.

And we're going to start tapping together now.

Taking full responsibility for everything in your life.

You can repeat with me.

I'm processing and releasing all the times that I felt rejected all the times that I felt rejected in life.

All the beliefs I created around it.

All the painful emotions I experienced when I was rejected.

It's time to let it all go now.

It's safe to let it all go now.

I allow myself to be more open,

Stronger,

And receptive to life.

Take a deep breath.

Blow it from your mouth.

Squeeze your wrist and say peace.

And let's go to a happy memory with your eyes closed.

Go to one of the most beautiful,

Happy,

Joyful memory.

It could be from some trip that you took some place in nature,

Some achievement that you felt.

And preferably,

A happy memory,

Which is not dependent on other people,

But where you can feel that irrespective of people outside.

It could be a moment when a baby was born,

When you were smelling some flowers.

And it could be watching something really fun and you felt so good.

Anything that comes to your mind.

So go to that happy memory,

Feel it and enjoy it.

And then take a deep breath,

Squeeze your wrist and say peace.

And once again,

Let's go and check.

Notice what's changed,

What's left in the box,

What's the intensity,

What emotions are you feeling in your body and give it a number.

It can increase the number,

The number can be the same,

The number can reduce.

Everything is perfectly fine and honor that.

And let's tap together.

It's safe for me to release and let go.

All the experiences that make me feel afraid,

That limit my life in different ways.

And as I'm releasing and letting go all the proofs of rejection,

All the memories of rejection,

I can allow myself to see that how that rejection was actually a redirection.

And most of the times it was always for my best and highest.

And if I had not been rejected at that,

I would never have read something which was meant for me,

Which was the best for me.

So I'm grateful for all the rejections that I experienced.

And I see them from a different light now.

In that moment,

I thought that was the worst thing that could have happened to me.

But actually,

It was the best thing that happened to me.

So going forth,

I free myself from this fear of rejection.

And allow myself to be open,

Expansive.

I am unrejectable.

Take a deep breath,

Blow it from your mouth,

Squeeze your wrist and say peace.

Very good.

What's changed?

What number do you see left?

And let's do another round of tapping together.

I thank all the experiences and people who rejected me.

Because they were actually helping me out.

I did not know in that moment,

What was best for me.

And what they rejecting me,

Was actually a gift to me.

Because that was not a perfect fit for me.

And whatever is the right fit for me,

I'm open to receiving that.

I'm open to receiving that.

I'm strong,

Confident,

Fearless,

Powerful and carefree.

I give myself permission to live a life where I face challenges,

Where I go through obstacles,

And I don't allow anything to hold me back.

Take a deep breath,

Blow it from your mouth,

Squeeze your wrist and say peace.

All right,

Let's go and check once again.

Notice how things have started to change,

How the memories are changing,

The emotions are changing and notice what's left.

And see what number are you at?

How strong does it feel in your body?

And let's do another round of tapping together.

Take a deep breath,

Smile at the wall in front of you or smile looking at the camera.

And let's tap together.

I'm choosing to love and accept myself,

Even though I felt rejected at different times.

I'm choosing to love and accept myself,

Even though I'm sometimes afraid of going for things.

I'm choosing to honor myself,

To accept all of myself,

Even parts of me who are afraid sometimes.

And I know they're just trying to safeguard me.

They're just trying to protect me.

And I thank them for that.

I'm grateful for that.

But I am safe.

I survived those past experiences and I made it and I will make it again.

This time I'm even more stronger than before.

And the more I surrender to life,

The more I hold things lightly in life,

The more easy it is for me to navigate these redirections that life gives to me.

And I'm eternally grateful for that.

Because maybe I don't know what is best for me.

And when the universe redirects my path through different people,

Experiences,

Opportunities,

Rejecting me,

I see that as a sign where the universe is guiding me for where I need to be.

And I'm always open to the guidance of the universe.

For where I need to be.

And I'm always open to the guidance.

I'm always open to this inner intuitive sense.

I'm activating my inner guidance system.

So that I eventually do not need these outside rejections in any way.

And I know what is good for me.

I can hear from within me what is right for me.

And I follow the path of least resistance in my life.

I'm always at peace with myself.

Confident,

Happy and strong.

Take a deep breath.

Squeeze your wrist.

And say peace.

And now go and check.

See how memories have changed.

And if you're still not at zero,

You can repeat these rounds and bring yourself to zero.

And once you're at zero,

Notice how the memories are changing.

And you can add something good to each of the memories once they're at zero.

And then rehearse them.

See them.

Enjoy them.

Feel them.

And then I want you to call that part of you in those memories.

That little girl.

Invite her for a hug.

Look at her face.

Is she smiling?

Does she come for a hug?

If yes,

Then wrap your arms around her and hug her with a lot of love.

And if she does not come for a hug yet,

Or if she's not smiling yet,

Then repeat the tapping rounds for a little more time.

When you see her smiling,

That's when you know that it's complete.

And then you can go ahead and integrate her.

So allow her to be in this beautiful embrace with you as you hug each other with so much love,

So much warmth,

So much acceptance.

And as you're hugging her,

Tell her something that she's always needed to hear.

And then listen to what she says to you.

And when you're done talking,

You can tell her how much you love her.

And she's always safe with you.

And then as you're hugging each other,

Allow her to merge into your heart as she becomes one with you.

And you feel so complete in yourself.

Invincible,

Unrejectable,

Confident,

Strong,

Peaceful,

Joyful,

Carefree and open to new experiences in your life.

And when she's fully merged,

Take a deep breath,

Squeeze your wrist and say peace.

And then imagine yourself in a beautiful healing garden.

And then imagine yourself in a beautiful healing garden.

And I want you to relax here.

Enjoy the nature.

Look around you.

Breathe in the fresh air.

And as you're relaxing here,

Allow yourself to see your life a few days,

Weeks,

Months ahead.

How does it feel to be this person who's so confident and open for new experiences?

Knowing that the work that you did with yourself,

Overcoming different challenges,

Fears within you,

You have become limitless now.

Your potential is infinite now.

And see how you walk with this aura of confidence,

How you talk.

Look at the people around you.

The opportunity is showing up and they keep getting bigger and bigger,

Even more magnificent and life flows with so much ease.

Every area of your life is blessed with such grandiose,

Grandiose abundance of love,

Wealth,

Happiness,

Security,

Joy.

And you feel so grateful for every moment of your life.

Enjoy this to the fullest.

Breathe in this feeling.

And once you're done,

You can squeeze your wrist and say peace,

Anchoring this reality within your being,

Your aura,

Your energy field.
