I Am Not Good Enough -Let's Do EFT Tapping

Use this Short Guided EFT Tapping sequence when you feel not good enough. In the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) we tap on certain meridian points in our body to release stuck emotions & beliefs that stop us from feeling good. Notice on a scale of 0 to 10, how not worthy/capable are you feeling? (10 means I am no good and 0 means I am capable & Good enough). Name the emotion you are feeling and give it a number. Then tap along with this audio on the following points on your face & body using your fingers. The nine tapping points used in EFT are: - Mid of Eyebrows - Side of the eye - Under the eye - Under the nose - Chin - Collar bone - Under the arm - Top of the head - Karate chop After doing one round of Tapping, check again on a scale of 0 to 10. How are you feeling now? Then, repeat this Tapping a few times until you reach zero and feel peaceful and motivated. PS. This is a short snippet version of the actual EFT Tapping process to deal with problems in our lives.

Notice on a scale of 0 to 10 how true is the statement for you.

10 means it feels absolutely true I am good enough and 0 means no I never feel enough.

There's always something that makes me feel less or not great or I see people who are better than me and I always feel not good enough.

So give it a number and let's start tapping.

I am releasing and letting go in all the ways that I have been doubting myself.

All the programs that I learned growing up where I learned to second guess myself I release and let it go.

All the times that I felt criticized,

Unappreciated,

I am releasing and letting go of all those memories,

Beliefs and emotions and as I release and let it go I give myself permission to know how amazing I am,

To give myself permission to focus on all the amazing qualities that I have,

To all the things that I have accomplished,

To all the beautiful things that I create in the world because of my presence and I give myself permission to let go of the need to prove myself to anyone anymore as I am more than enough.
