I want you to notice on the grass there is an infinity sign made of rose petals,

And I want you to step inside one of the circles of that infinity sign.
This beautiful infinity sign which is made of rose petals.
Step inside one of the circles of that infinity sign which is like an 8.
And now as you are in this circle,
In the other circle of this infinity sign,
I want you to bring any person who you have a conflict with or you feel uncomfortable with or you have any strong negative emotions or bring that person to that other circle.
You are both standing 2 meters away in your own circles of that infinity sign.
And now I want you to look into that person's eyes.
And as you look into their eyes,
Notice what emotions arise within you.
Notice if there's any anger,
If there's any hurt,
Any guilt,
Any resentment.
And notice which part of your body do you feel this negative emotion in towards this person.
It could be a little bit or it could be a lot.
Just notice it.
And now I want you to take out that emotion,
All those thoughts that are coming to your mind when you look into their eyes and put it in a box next to you.
On your right side,
There is a box.
I want you to put all of these negative emotions inside that box.
Take it all out and put it there.
And now I want you to tell them whatever you felt,
Whatever you have not been able to say to them.
Tell them whatever you hold in your heart from your point of view.
Everything that you felt bad about,
See everything to them.
Don't hold back now.
Take it all out.

I want you to step into their circle and I want you to step into their body.
