We are starting out this practice today in a sitting up or lying down position,

Whichever you feel the most comfortable and relaxed in.

We're going to begin with a three-part wave breath for clearing and allowing you to settle more deeply into your body and out of the mind.

So when we breathe,

We'll do ten rounds of a two-part inhale.

The first part begins with the belly rising,

So you're relaxing into the belly and letting it expand.

The second part is into the chest and into the heart,

Feeling it broaden and relax.

The third part is simply an exhale,

Letting the breath fall out of you in a relaxed way.

And we'll begin this breath with a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And then starting,

Beautiful,

Keep going.

Just relaxing your body and aligning with this wave-like motion through your body,

Connecting the breath on the inhale and the exhale,

No pause between.

No stopping at the top or the bottom,

Just looping the breath in an endless cycle.

Last one,

Full and deep,

Sighing on the exhale,

Letting it go and just moving into stillness.

We're going to imagine that there is this sweeping current of light moving through the spiral of your brain and it's just sweeping away and absorbing all of the distracting thoughts,

Worried thoughts,

Any thoughts that are in the past or the future,

Into this big current of light moving around your brain and that light starts to speed up in this circular motion as it's wiping away all of the thoughts,

It starts to spin and become so powerful,

So magnetic that every little thought,

Every thread is pulled into that force until it all dissolves into this one stream of circulating white light around the brain,

Clearing the mind,

And then as it moves and quickens,

It starts to form a vortex,

It starts to spin down,

Down,

Down into the middle of the brain,

Right in your pineal gland,

All condensing,

Concentrating into this one single point of light.

And wherever your awareness or your attention goes,

That light follows.

So this light becomes the magnetic point for your complete,

Pristine,

Clear concentration.

And just feeling that pulsation of luminous rays coming from this magnetic point of focus,

As you start to drop that down into the body,

Letting that slip effortlessly down into the back of the throat,

Through the face,

Just recognizing and intending that wherever that light touches,

There is a relaxation,

A resting,

A calming,

Feeling that light radiate and ripple down the throat,

Coming right into the thyroid,

Filling the thyroid with light,

Letting it relax and noticing the muscles in the neck,

In the clavicle,

In the shoulders,

And just see if there is an extra tension or tightness or constriction or holding that you're unconsciously doing there.

Resting and relaxing that space,

And from that entry point,

From this threshold of the thyroid,

Let that light simply fall into the endless ocean of the infinite inner universe inside of you.

And you're going to just notice and feel where there is activation in your body,

If there are thoughts or struggle or triggers,

That's all in the mind and the body is holding that activation physically in the form of sensation,

Vibration,

Emotion within you,

And that light is magnetized,

Drawn to the places that are expressing that activation,

That feeling,

That place of holding,

Of responding to what the mind had.

Dropping in and exploring this place with total curiosity,

Complete objectivity,

No judgment,

No expectations,

Just observations.

Looking for the way that energy is patterned in your body,

The streams and rivers in which it flows through,

So finding this place where the activation is held,

Place maybe in your belly,

Maybe deep within the womb or the energetic womb space,

In the heart.

Start to notice yourself noticing your body,

And as you notice your body,

The more the body responds and starts to reveal this inner reality,

Being patient and allowing the blossoming of sensation to arrive.

And with that pearl of light,

You are attracted,

Your breath as this motivating,

Navigating force within you,

Breathing that light down,

And gently caressing the outer lines of that activation,

Of that sensation,

Of that tightness,

Or tension,

Or pain within you.

That light comes down,

Not to make it go away,

Not to change it,

But simply to hold your focus on it,

Lovingly.

Notice the shape,

The beginning of that sensation,

Which leads to an end of that sensation.

Maybe there's a color,

Or quality,

Like sticky or stuck,

Or stagnant,

Heavy,

Light,

Bubbling,

Prickling,

Stabbing,

The deepest inquiry,

As though you were communicating in a non-linear way with this place and space within you.

Noticing if you can relax around that activation,

Letting the body soften while you hold this part of you that holds so much wisdom.

Even if it's painful,

What pain inside needs to be seen.

Heard.

Witnessed.

And most importantly,

Just felt.

Stay with it.

Don't move away.

Every sensation has a lifespan going to the peak of its intensity,

And when it reaches there,

It naturally comes back down into a completion and a letting go.

Your job is to simply hold your attention there.

Don't evaluate it.

Don't judge it.

Don't make up stories about it.

Simply presence with it in all of its expression.

It's safe to stay with it.

Not any time you can drop in and inquiry,

Question,

As though it could speak to you.

What is your purpose here?

What is your purpose?

And don't necessarily assume that the answer will come in a linear way.

Just be open to any way the body creatively gives information.

Listen.

Listen.

I'm asking this part of you What do you need?

I'm just breathing love into this space within you.

This loving presence to stay.

You don't need to run away anymore.

Just stay with all of your presence and all of your focus.

Feel the physical sensation,

The emotional quality,

And let whatever arise come.

Let it come to its fullest expression and soften.

Letting it transform within you.

And then scanning the body from top to bottom.

As though you were riding the currents deep within.

The ocean's floor.

Sweeping away.

Letting it take you to the exact place and space within you.

That needs that attention,

That awareness.

And then feeling the body as a whole.

These wave-like currents moving from top to bottom.

Currents of attention.

Waves of presence.

Spending that time being with yourself here.

In the most deeply intimate and healing way.

The medicine of your love.

It's right here.

Letting it flow in.

Breathing into that space.

Breathing in.

The light filling your body with luminous rainbow streams of light coming in,

Flowing through your nervous system,

All through the blood vessels,

The muscles,

Organs of your body and your being,

Recalibrating every cell to a higher love.

Taking some beautiful breaths in and full breaths out.

Two more breaths like that.

Deep breath in.

And exhale into the lusciousness of your luminous being.

Last breath.

Letting it out with a sigh.

Resting in this space and moving into your day.

Sat Nam Beauties.
