Hello and welcome to this.
.
.
Breathing exercise.
It's going to be a fairly easy breathing exercise that you can do anywhere you want,
At any time you want to.
We're going to slow down our breathing,
Which is going to slow down our heart rate and stress levels.
So whenever you feel stressed,
Anxious or whatever you can simply Use this breathing technique to calm down and center yourself again.
We're going to do this at sound.
So I will start with giving the instructions and count with you and I will naturally flow into these frequencies from the singing pulse.
So be sure to listen from a safe place where you can either sit down or lie down or make yourself very comfortable and use headphones for the best experience with sounds as well.
So we go into breathing four counts and breathe out for six counts.
Be sure to breathe through the nose,
In and out.
And breathe low into the abdomen.
If you are unsure if you're breathing high or low,
You can put a hand on the abdomen and feel if it's expanding or not.
So that's how you can do that.
Become more aware of that.
And then if you want to you can gently close the eyes as well.
And bring all your awareness Do your own breaths.
Don't start yet,
But just breathe at your normal pace.
And feel how you are breathing.
Are you breathing fast?
Slow.
Study.
Or an Eve.
Are you breathing to the abdomen or not?
Just give yourself some time.
Really feel how is your breath right now.
You can start with deepening the breads.
Breathing in,
Two,
Three.
For and add to.
And continue in.
For gun.
Um six counts.
For as long.
This session must.
You you Even if your eyes were closed.
Can slowly open them again.
Have another moment to feel into your breath.
How are you feeling now?
After these few minutes of conscious breathing.
Maybe you feel more at ease.
And red is more controlled.
Or whatever you can sense in this moment.
Take some time.
To really feel this.
So you can integrate this into your being.
As I said in the beginning of this video,
This is a very powerful exercise that you can practice everywhere.
Or any time that you need it.
I do hope this was helpful for you and you can integrate this moment into your daily life.
Have a nice day.
Bye.
