Welcome,

Welcome beautiful soul.

I hope you're well.

And I'm sending you so much love right now.

This meditation is to help you connect to trust and to surrender to what's real in your life right now.

Our daily lives can get so busy.

We forget to slow down to give a moment to what's true.

We forget our emotions and tend to just deal and get through the day.

This meditation is for you to drop out of the busyness and drop in to your energy,

Your truth and to fix what's wrong so that you are more present in your day,

More available to your amazing life.

Welcome to your light and your dark,

Your sparkling energy and a darker issue that you're struggling with to process and to feel more neutral about what's going on for you.

We're going to activate your nervous system.

Whether your issue is emotional or physical,

Processing your issue by opening your energy is a healing practice that awakens more freedom within.

Welcome to the wonder method.

Before we get started,

And I'm excited to add this creative part,

Please have pen,

Pencil or whatever drawing instrument you like colored pencils or crayons and a blank sheet of paper nearby.

You'll be drawing or doodling your issue before the meditation and then again afterward to have proof that your energy has shifted.

If you need to pause the meditation to grab those items,

Please do.

This is subtle work that makes a huge impact on how you feel.

Please also be sitting comfortably eyes closed when we begin the meditation,

And I'll let you know when that is.

Check that your ringer and alarms are off because you're going to be activating your nervous system and expanding your energy to naturally flow,

Harmonize and balance your energy.

The meditation will begin shortly and you will absolutely be in your nervous system at every level during the meditation.

But first,

Let's bring up what's bothering you and draw.

Go ahead and think of your issue.

Notice how it feels in your body.

Just scan your body.

Does your body feel tight when you bring up your issue?

Maybe heavy?

Notice your breathing.

Is it shallow or deep?

What do you sense in your body?

Now get your drawing instrument and your paper and simply draw or doodle whatever the issue feels like to you in this moment.

Just put on paper shapes or squiggles or words,

Whatever your body senses and just doodle.

Go ahead and doodle your issue.

Good.

Just draw whatever message your issue is sending to you.

Squiggles are fine and it's okay to not know.

Start to wrap up your doodle.

Okay.

Go ahead and finish up.

Put your pen and paper down.

All right.

Let's begin with three deep breaths through your nose to bring us more into the present moment.

Breathe in for a count of three.

Allow your belly to fill with air and hold for three,

Two,

One and release through your nose,

Allowing your belly button to come to your spine.

Go ahead and do it again.

In for three,

Hold,

Three,

Two,

One and release any tension in your body for three,

Two,

One.

Good.

One more time,

In for three,

Yeah,

And hold,

Three,

Two.

Take another sip of air,

One.

Go ahead and release.

Let it all go.

Just breathe normally.

I just want you to send love to your lungs now.

Your lungs are always breathing for you.

Just spend a few moments sending love and gratitude to your lungs.

Now we'll begin the meditation.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Just sense your body from the neck down.

No mind,

Nothing to figure out,

Nothing to do.

You are an energetic being.

Allow the subtle sensations you feel,

Your energy to come on display.

This is subtle.

Take a few seconds to notice your body sensations.

Just feel.

Now imagine this energy of you,

Your sensations on a beautiful beach,

A peaceful beach where you're alone.

On this beach,

You or your energy is delighted.

The gentle surface to your right,

The sandy beach on your left.

Your energy is sparkling in the morning sun.

Your energy,

Which is kind of like a mist,

It's you,

But at an energetic level.

It's just being on the beach.

Just peaceful,

Enjoying this gorgeous moment.

Just being fully you.

Notice now that your sparkling mist-like energy is gently floating along the beach,

Just cruising along at a slow pace,

Noticing the morning sun warming you from overhead.

A seagull peacefully gliding along the water's edge.

There's tall sea grass to the left,

Gently swaying in the warm breeze.

You can smell the ocean air.

And up ahead,

You see a rock.

The rock represents your issue.

It can be a big beach boulder or a small rock the size of a walnut.

The point is that it has a hard edge,

A boundary.

As your energy,

You,

Approach the rock,

You begin to sense your issue,

The thing that's upsetting to you.

Notice the sensation in your body.

There's nothing to do,

Nothing to think about.

Just keep this in your body,

No mind.

Now your energy begins to slowly,

Ever so gently enter the rock,

Your issue,

And just slowly go into your issue.

This is subtle.

If entering the rock is challenging,

Try just a thread of the rock,

Like a hair of the rock.

Often this is easier.

And if you're in the rock already,

Keep going.

But if you prefer,

Simply allow just a thread of the rock to be what your energy goes into ever so slowly.

Just sense the hard edge of the rock or the thread and keep going into your issue very slowly.

Take your time.

There's no hurry.

Simply sense inside your body,

No mind.

As your energy,

Your mist on the beach enters the rock,

Which represents your issue.

Take your time and keep going ever so slowly.

See if you can make it playful.

You are now approaching the middle of your issue.

As you gently continue blending energy and issue,

Notice what sensations are happening in your body.

Just allow whatever you sense in your body to happen.

There's nothing to do.

No mind,

Nothing to figure out.

Keep going.

You're doing great.

At this point of processing,

You're in the middle of your issue.

Ever so gently let yourself keep going.

Slowly moving through,

Slowly processing,

Blending energy and issue.

You're doing great.

As you approach the edge of your issue,

Notice the sensations in your body.

This is very subtle.

As your energy approaches the end of your issue,

You will notice the sensations in your body begin to rise up towards your face.

It's as if your cheeks have a melting feeling,

Kind of heavy.

Your jaw may want to drop a little.

Your lips may part open.

Just let them.

This tells us that you're about 85% through processing your issue.

Keep going.

Melting sensations slowly begins to rise.

You may notice sensations at your ears,

At your temples,

Forehead,

And hairline.

Rising to the top of your head,

About a three-inch diameter at the top.

If you are wearing a hat,

Pretend that the top is cut out and you may notice the top of your head begins to feel airy or wiggly.

Keep going.

You're doing great.

If you don't sense this wiggle sensation at the top of your head,

Just know you're 95% through your issue.

This is very subtle.

If you don't feel it,

Simply trust that it is happening.

If you feel it in one place in the body,

It is happening everywhere.

The more you practice activating your nervous system,

Trusting and surrendering to your inner flow,

The more you'll sense the sensations I'm referring to.

You're almost done processing your issue.

Now,

At this point,

You may notice a smoothing down the back of your head,

A smoothing down the back of your neck and shoulders.

When this smoothing occurs,

This means that you've 100% processed your issue.

Well done.

Now,

With eyes still closed,

Sensing your body,

Think of your issue.

And with gentle eyes sort of half open,

Half closed,

Get your sheet of paper,

The blank side and your writing utensil,

And begin to doodle your issue now.

Whatever comes to you,

Just allow shapes or squiggles or words to spill out onto the paper.

Take a few more seconds to draw how your issue feels now.

Begin to wrap up your doodle.

All right,

Well done.

Complete your doodle and set the paper and writing utensil down and close your eyes again.

Take a gentle breath in and just release it.

Notice the sensations in your body.

As we wrap up for now,

Gently bring your lips to your ears and slowly open your eyes and enjoy this day.

When you're triggered by this issue again,

And you will be,

Know that you have processed a layer of it.

And just like an onion,

There are many layers.

Just keep processing,

Knowing that as you consistently process your issue,

It will soften and become more neutral,

Less intense.

There are always issues to process.

You can process for 30 seconds or five minutes or 18 minutes,

Whatever's comfortable.

The point is to stay consistent.

When the issue no longer triggers you,

Enjoy the day.

But as you are triggered and you have the space,

Process.

I process in the elevator,

When I'm walking in nature,

Or when I have a minute at work.

Now compare your two doodles and note to yourself how your energy has shifted.
