Receive And Release
by Ailey Jolie
This is a practice of attunement. A slow return to the rhythm already living inside you—the inhale that receives, the exhale that releases. Here, you are not asked to fix or change. Only to notice. To feel the breath as it moves through you. To offer the body what it rarely receives: space, choice, safety. There is no goal, only the gentle invitation to meet yourself where you are. To be with what is. To remember that your body already knows how to do this. This is a space to soften, to listen, to come home—one breath at a time.
