Being Present With Your Heart
by Ailey Jolie
This is a practice of staying. Staying with the ache beneath the surface, the grief that lingers in the corners of the chest, the weight we carry without words. This meditation is not here to fix or soothe, but to honour. To offer presence to what hurts. To return to what is real. Here, you are invited to meet yourself, not through analysis or explanation, but through sensation. Through breath. Through the soft sound of your own heart speaking quietly beneath the noise. Let this be a moment of truth-telling, of embodied compassion, of remembering that your body can hold what feels too heavy to carry alone. A space to be honest. A space to stay.
