Welcome to this meditation.
My name is Agustina and today in Abandoned Universe we will connect with well-being and love.
If you feel fear,
You're mourning,
You feel depressed or lonely,
This meditation will help to reconnect with your emotions with empathy and forgiveness.
Find a quiet,
Comfortable place.
You can lie down or remain sitting.
Start to focus your attention in your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling softly and concentrate a few seconds on that.
Continue a moment,
Picture your body,
Starting with your feet,
Go up to your legs,
Your knees,
Hips,
Back,
Move up your spine till you reach your shoulders,
Relax your arms,
Hands,
Your neck,
Your throat,
Feel every muscle as it relaxes more and more.
Move up your chin,
Your cheeks,
The space between your eyes,
To the crown of your head.
Inhale and exhale deeply.
Now focus your attention on your chest,
Where your heart is.
You can place your left hand and connect with your heartbeat.
This chakra plays a really important role connecting the upper chakras with the lower chakras.
This means that integrates all that is manifested with what's spiritual.
When this chakra is balanced it provides harmony,
It restores balance between mind and body and you will feel more confidence,
Less fears and allowing us to open to our path in earth.
Inhale and exhale.
Start visualizing a bright green light spreading all through your body.
Each part of your body is filled up with this color.
Feel it as it were an emerald.
Feel how your heart expands,
That anguish disappears,
Giving way to acceptance,
To change.
I don't feel pain anymore.
It doesn't hurt any longer.
Now I feel my body is balanced.
My mind and body are clean of heavy burdens,
Of pain,
Of suffering.
I no longer feel it.
I am free.
Continue visualizing this green beam.
Feel how it spans through the room and repeat with me.
I love myself and completely accept who I am.
I give and receive love freely.
I live in balance with the people around me and that is the source of infinite love.
It is easy to feel compassion for others.
I am loving consciousness.
Love is all around me.
Now try to feel the complete and honest connection with your heart,
With love and compassion.
Inhale and exhale deeply and whenever you feel like it you can open your eyes softly and start moving your feet and your hands.
You may feel hot or dizzy.
This is just normal.
Stay there for a moment and drink some water to hydrate.
