Why is repetition so important? We learn through repetition. That's how we organize anything in our minds. Whether it's a repeated thought; whether it's a repeated action. In this 10-minute practice, you´ll repeat affirmations seven times. After the practice, reflect for a moment, were you able to learn the affirmations? Use them daily and you´ll start to notice that gratitude is one of the most important things we need for life and to be present. I hope you enjoy it!
