My friends.
Welcome to this practice.
Wherever you are,
However you're feeling,
I invite you to just arrive here.
Mentally,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Energetically,
Settling in to my voice,
To the space.
Find somewhere comfortable to sit.
Cross your legs,
Sit up straight,
Lay on your back,
Whatever works for you.
Take a moment to settle in.
Feel whatever supports you,
Beneath you.
Now begin to notice your breath.
Without trying to change it,
Just noticing.
I invite you to close your eyes or relax your gaze.
You're here now,
You have arrived.
Slowly start to extend your exhales.
Inviting in more expansion,
A deeper and slower,
More revitalizing and cleansing breath.
Feel free to breathe however is comfortably for you,
But I encourage you to take a few sighs and to exhale out of the mouth,
Releasing any old or stagnant or energy from the night before,
The days that have passed.
If you haven't had a breath work session,
Or sat down in a while,
Just imagine the stagnant energy moving out of your body as you breathe out,
Out,
Out.
Every problem,
Everything goes out with the breath.
And as we inhale,
We invite a new energy,
New breath,
New light.
Feel the coolness of the fresh new air,
And the warmth and the release of the old air that's being exhaled.
As you continue to inhale,
Drinking in the freshness,
The brightness of this oxygen.
We breathe without even thinking,
But when we intentionally inhale,
There's such a refreshing quality to really experiencing the breath.
And if we've ever held our breath,
We know how uncomfortable or tight or tense or rigid the body can be in that moment.
And when we breathe,
We set our shoulders free,
We set our jaw free.
We can breathe into the parts of us that feel tight and sticky,
The parts of us that feel unseen.
Imagine an energetic highway on the spine with every point of energy and color expanding as you breathe.
Your breath is beautiful,
And so are you.
Let yourself visualize the colors that expand from your deep inhales,
Cleansing,
Exhaling,
Releasing,
Exhaling,
Blowing out a mosaic of colors and experiences,
Love,
Light.
You are here,
You are breathing,
And you are colorful.
And as you inhale,
Relax and see how everything is peaceful in this moment,
And how your breath is refreshing,
And how your life is beautiful,
Should you look to see the colors and feel the air in your belly.
This presence that's always with us,
It walks with us,
It created us,
It lives in our breath,
This power,
This fire,
This energy.
Partake in it fully by breathing into it,
Into the edges of you and whatever made you.
This is a magical existence,
And simply breathing and observing it is the highest honor.
Continue to let your shoulders melt away,
Visualizing colors,
Light,
And letting the breath move your body.
The time you take to do these moments of love and self-care and reconnecting with yourself and your inner paradise are profoundly impactful into the rest of your day.
So take this next minute to just deeply experience this,
Your breath,
And your light,
And I'm sure you will.

Breathing in for 1,

Pausing at the top,
And exhale it all out of the mouth,
Releasing everything you've been carrying unknowingly or not.

I encourage you to move your fingers and your toes,
Sway,
Move,
Release any little pockets of tightness or energy that was stagnant.
