Welcome to the Love Breath.

My name is Adora Wynquist and I invite you to further potentize this practice,

Optimizing your benefits by entrainment through the brain-body,

Mind-heart pathways of connection.

You can use rose,

Frankincense,

And frankly any essential oil that you are called to in this moment.

Go ahead and apply one drop to the left palm of your hand and rub your hands together for a moment and take a breath in through your nose.

Gentle breath in and an even deeper exhalation out through your mouth and repeating this at least three times while you invite in your intention to experience,

Embody,

Receive,

Love in a deeper,

More meaningful way,

Balanced,

Healthy.

Gentle breath in through the nose,

Longer exhalation which activates your parasympathetic nervous system,

Calming your body and mind to a more restful and receptive state.

Now place your hand on your heart and listen.

Can you hear the call from within?

It is beckoning you to the temple of the beloved,

The journey inward to your inner palace.

And as your breath becomes more rhythmic,

Close your eyes,

Envision yourself nestled comfortably within your heart.

What does your temple look and feel like?

Is it encrusted with jewels like rubies and emeralds?

Is it a vibrant color?

Does it smell like ancient wood,

Spices,

Or flowers?

Or is it more sparse and zen?

Breathe into the unique beauty of your temple and with your hand,

Still upon your heart,

Affirm,

In my sacred human heart,

I feel and receive my love.

See,

Feel,

Allow yourself to be bathed and blessed in this love from the inside outward.

And sink in to immerse yourself in this beautiful nourishing energy for three more breaths or until you feel complete.

Know that the image that comes to you is a reflection of your spiritual nature in this moment.

Whatever emerges is uniquely yours,

A sacred space where your humanity and divinity meet.

Unity,

Oneness.

Blessings upon your most benevolent journey of love.
