So one thing I do want to mention in case you didn't know,

We've got a nice group building from folks from US and New Zealand and Australia and even Guam.

And so that's been a really beautiful way to connect.

Great.

So the goddess group,

Sandra,

This is the first goddess group that you've come to,

Isn't it?

It is.

Okay.

So and you guys can hear me both okay,

Right?

Awesome.

So for me,

I'm super passionate about working with the divine feminine.

It's been intertwined in my own personal healing crisis from many,

Many,

Many years ago around endometriosis and going through that healing process,

Especially when I was in the Brennan school and really finding my way back to my own divine feminine aspects.

And so since then,

It's really been a passion for me working individually with clients and then in group setting and ceremony.

And we were doing this goddess group once a month,

Either at the clinic or at my home here in Weaverville.

And of course,

We haven't been meeting in person,

Which really makes it lovely to be able to connect like this on Zoom.

So in the future,

I might do it both ways.

So essentially,

Every month we work with a different goddess.

And why is that?

Because every goddess has a unique aspect of her light and her gifts that she brings to us in the awakening process,

Helping us to excavate those certain qualities within us as well.

And every month I create an essential oil synergy imprinted and infused with that particular goddess.

So the Mary Magdalene one isn't on the website yet,

But it will be soon.

And I'll be talking about a couple oils that are in that.

And for Sandra,

I know that you've been to the other class.

I'm really passionate about many different types of alchemical interventions,

Right?

Evolution being one of them,

Essential oils being a huge one with my work,

And also crystals and sacred geometry.

And so these are all really wonderful tools that help us to work within our soul framework to excavate really our own quintessence,

Right,

And our own unique light.

And the more that we heal through our own spiral,

And I do see it as a spiral because we're really spiraling inward,

Right,

To that deeper connection with our own essence,

So that we can illuminate that out in the world with our own unique gifts and light.

And so what I'll say,

Because we're not here together,

One of the things that we do every month for the goddess group is anoint each other with the essential oil formula.

And just because we're not together doesn't mean that you can't do that in some way if you have your own essential oils.

And so if you do,

I recommend grabbing either your favorite essential oil,

Some of the oils that are in the Mary Magdalene blend are Spike Nard,

Which is a very ancient healing essential oil,

Cystis,

Also kind of Rose of Sharon,

Which is another name for it.

You might not have that,

But you might have some Ylang Ylang or Sandalwood or even Jasmine,

You might have some of that.

Feel free to grab your essential oils if you don't have any of those and you just happen to have one that you love,

Grab that.

And the second thing that I'm going to mention is we're going to talk about crystals because crystals are really potent interventions from an alchemical perspective because they can contain vibration and because they're just like computers,

They're able to send and receive information.

So when we're working tonight and doing the meditation and within the meditation,

There's healing that occurs,

You can infuse the crystals that you would have at your disposal.

Now I'm going to talk tonight a little bit about Amber.

Amber's a beautiful stone and has a similar resonance for Mary Magdalene.

It's a resin and it,

I like to use this for working with Mary Magdalene because a couple of things.

One,

It really helps us connect with the ancient wisdom of the earth,

But it also helps us to open our sensual nature,

Which is very much part of the medicine that Mary Magdalene brings that form of sacred sexuality.

So if you do have crystals or oils,

Feel free to grab those and grab a glass of water too.

If you have a question about a certain essential oil or a crystal,

The other thing that's really beautiful about Amber is that it helps us to regenerate at the DNA level.

And when we're working within the sacred circle and ceremony with the divine feminine and the goddess energy,

We're really opening ourselves to perspectives of receptivity to heal at that DNA level really through the mother and father bloodlines.

Great.

So what you're going to want to do is take your essential oil or your essential oil formula and put a few drops into your left hand.

What I'm going to be using is cystis oil and a little bit of spikenard.

Now spikenard is renowned from a biblical perspective because it was spoken that Mary Magdalene bathed the feet of Jesus in spikenard.

But it is a wonderful oil for us to open our hearts and open our third eyes.

And really it communicates at that DNA level with ancient wisdom.

And one of the most beautiful things about working with our essential oils is as we put them on,

We want to inhale them.

And oh my gosh,

Is that one of the Dora therapy ones?

Wow.

Amazing.

The clarity one has spikenard with the purple label.

Perfect.

Great.

So as we're inhaling it,

Because of the profound connection between the olfactory system and the limbic center that regulates so much of our physiology,

Mood,

Memory,

And emotion,

We're able to go in and create brand new memory cells and new neural pathways through this process.

And so once you're inhaling your essential oil,

And then we're going to go through the meditation,

Right?

And so those aromatic molecules as you're inhaling it are not just connecting into the brain,

But they're communicating at the level of the blood and the bone and the DNA.

They're coming into the chakra system to expand the chakras for receptivity,

As well as all of the meridian points.

So I like to think of it as the aroma really is part of the invitation.

And then when you anchor that invitation with your intention,

It becomes not only a more potent synergy or medicine,

It becomes a medicine that's unique to you,

To exactly what you need in the moment,

Which is so important.

So inhaling your essential oil,

I'm also going to do a drop of cystis and a drop of jasmine,

Because it's one of my favorites.

And it's one of the essential oils that's in the Mary Magdalene formula,

Because it has such an affinity with all of the main centers around sensuality,

Second chakra,

And the heart,

Really aligning the heart with our sensual nature,

Which is so important.

And then bringing that up to the third eye,

Which when we do the healing today,

You might notice some energy moving up your spine that's very,

Very natural.

Just remember to breathe and after the session to drink a lot of water.

Now your crystals are going to be great ways too that you can infuse your intention by adding your essential oils to the crystals and then holding them either in your hands or putting them around you in a configuration,

Depending on what you have.

You don't have to have the amber.

You can have quartz.

Quartz is great for meditation or even I love a selenite.

Wands are really excellent too for meditation.

And these are very helpful to not only,

Again,

Opening the energy bodies,

But to accelerate the process of spiritual evolution.

Okay,

Great.

So I'm going to start,

I start out every monthly goddess group with the invitation.

And back when I was revising this probably about six months ago,

About the first of the year,

This invitation came to me and I was asked to read it at the beginning of every session.

So feel free to take a deep breath in,

Open your hearts,

Open your minds,

Soften and deepen your breath.

You are the keepers of sacred magic,

The template of the divine feminine,

Protector of the Holy Grail,

The goddess,

The Holy of Holies.

She is known by many names,

Mary,

Mandolin,

Isis,

Hathor,

Kuan Yin,

Hecate,

Venus,

Aphrodite,

Diana,

Freya and Gaia.

Keepers of the sacred flame,

You are being called to come together in community to be held,

Seen,

To heal your wounds,

Our wounds of separation,

Of struggle and profound forgetting.

Together we will awaken,

Shift,

Heal and evolve,

Stepping forward with our unique light,

Truth and expression of the divine and physical form.

As we heal one and awaken,

We heal the many,

Lifting the planetary vibration and the collective consciousness.

Together we will unite all the aspects of her beauty,

Wisdom,

Power and grace and we will rise as one shining in our greatest love.

Great,

Just let that resonance move through you.

Mary Magdalene's story is shrouded in mystery and so,

So many teachings that are tremendously germane to us right now as the consciousness on the planet is really elevating at a quantum rate and where we're shifting and transforming to this new earth.

And as we know,

Those processes of growing aren't always easy and pain-free.

And again,

Working with the meditation gives us the ability to bring the higher vibrations through the auric field and ground them in a very focused way,

In a unified way,

Especially when we're creating group circle and group horror.

And so,

In addition to that,

It really is so helpful for supporting each other and coming together to have a calm perspective despite everything that's going on around us because we are those of us that are here are those trailblazers of light,

Right,

That are finding ways to deeply heal ourselves so we can be the light in greater ways to show others the same.

So tonight we're going to invite in Mary Magdalene's truth,

Her wisdom,

Her deep love and reverence for visceral teaching,

Clearing and activation.

Some of the qualities that are very specific to Mary Magdalene,

Mysticism,

As we mentioned,

Sacred sexuality,

Divine adoration,

Surrender,

Unity consciousness,

And the expression of the authentic self,

Which is so profound and so needed right now as we're coming together in new ways as a unified humanity.

So we're going to move into the meditation right now.

I was given,

I never know what the meditation is going to be until sometimes the moment before I speak.

But one thing that was mentioned as I was preparing in my own meditation and clearing practice for this evening is that this meditation is going to be in part a reclamation of our sensual empowerment in new ways to honor ourselves,

Forgive ourselves,

And to bring healing light to this aspect because it opens and paves the way for us to connect in with our own aspects of mysticism.

And working with sacred sexuality doesn't,

We don't necessarily have to be in partnership for that.

There is a great book,

I don't have it with me,

It's at the other house,

But called the Magdalene Manuscript and it's by Judy Sion and Tom Kenyon,

Who's done a lot of work around sound healing.

And it's not only a beautiful story from the perspective of Mary Magdalene,

But it talks a lot about the alchemy that's possible when we connect in with our sensual power.

Because the truth is from that tantric perspective,

When we're connecting from a physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual manner and we're really aligning with the sacred sexuality,

It becomes a way that we can access the zero point field of limitless creation,

Where we're able to move into a different reality of creation to be able to take those longings that are held high in the heart and be able to actualize them in physical form in our lives.

So great.

So let's get ready.

Take a deep breath in.

And please bring your focus to your danti endpoint,

About an inch and a half below your navel,

That single note that holds you in physical form.

That tone that is unique to you.

And from here,

We're going to invite in the intention to drop a golden line of light down through the root chakra,

Down through the legs,

Out the soles of the feet,

And those three lines of golden light merging at the Earth crush chakra and effortlessly sinking down into the core crystal at the very center of the earth.

You may feel a sense of warmth or tingling in your body right now,

Which is completely natural.

And at the core crystal,

We call forth the highest vibrational patterning from the core of Mother Earth Goddess Gaia that is available in this now moment to come back up swirling in amber light,

Back up through the layers of the earth,

Through the Earth crush chakra,

And back up through the soles of the feet,

The legs,

Up through the root,

Back to the Dantian point,

Which begins to pulsate and swirl in amber light.

As amber light now moves up through the horror line,

Bathing each cell,

Regenerating each cell,

The renewed life force from Mother Gaia,

Amber light,

Moving all the way up to the heart,

Pulsating in the heart,

And recalibrating all energy centers from the heart all the way down through the auric field.

And on the next breath in,

We call forth the presence of the Goddess,

Divine Mother,

The Holy of Holies,

Mary Magdalene,

Envisioning a koban light shining down from the throne of the cosmic consciousness,

Source light,

We invoke the presence of your guides,

Guardians,

Spiritual teachers,

We call forth the presence of the angels of the four directions,

Raphael in the direction of East,

Sacred sound and thought,

The element of air,

Archangel Michael in the direction of South,

The element of fire,

Sacred transformation and transfiguration.

In the direction of West,

We call forth Archangel Gabriel,

The element of water,

Sacred fluid bodies upon Mother Gaia,

Deep,

Deep emotional cleansing and purification.

And the direction of North,

We call forth Archangel Uriel,

The element of earth,

The sacred ground beneath our feet,

Structure,

Solidarity,

Safety and abundance.

In the direction of ether,

We call forth Akasha,

Of all that is seen and unseen,

Past,

Present,

Present,

All unfolding in divine order,

Divine perfection and grace.

We call forth your I am presence.

And from the universal and cosmic perspective,

We call forth the highest level of light quotient available to you in this now moment in accordance with your I am presence.

Breathe and bathe as this cool ball light begins to rain down upon every layer of your auric field.

Breathing your cellular consciousness in the frequency of divine light,

Divine order,

Energy centers from the heart all the way above,

Recalibrate and realign.

Breathe in deeply this cobalt light into your heart space,

Into the zero point field,

The dimension of effortless creation and potential.

Now see,

Feel,

Allow,

Imagine the presence and energy and vibration of Mary Magdalene standing before you.

Open your heart to receive her sacred mysteries.

Angel of God,

Guardian dear,

Please come into my sacred seeking heart.

Today I will experience a miracle surrendering my defenses,

Opening my heart and aligning with the will of the creator.

From your heart to the heart of the Magdalene,

Put forth your intentions.

Breathe in the cobalt light to every cell.

Every molecule,

Particle,

Subatomic particle,

Particle down through the portal of your DNA into your mother and father bloodlines.

Allowing this healing light to come through your genetic lines,

Mother,

Father,

Mother's mother,

Mother's father,

Father's mother,

Father's father and so on.

You'll notice now that Mary Magdalene raises her right hand,

Palm up and from this hand,

A platinum light begins to emanate from her palm and fingertips.

She places her fingertips now on your sacral chakra,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Purifying,

Releasing shame,

Guilt,

Distortion through the timelines to purify and restore the original intent for sacred sensuality as a portal to creation.

Using love through form and spiritizing matter with the light of divine love.

Breathe deeply.

As we call forth the template of the divine feminine,

The holy grail.

The imprint of the divine feminine in perfected light,

Love and empowerment.

We imbue every cell with this frequency,

Igniting the spark of divine consciousness through the entire field of light.

Breathe and bathe as you envision Mary Magdalene before you and this time raising her left hand and emerald green light begins to emanate from her palm and fingertips.

As she places her fingertips upon your heart and your high heart,

Cosmic heart,

Activating sacred symbols throughout your field and cellular structures.

The goddess imparts a gift to you.

That gift could be in words,

Symbols,

Color,

Any other imagery that you can see,

Feel,

Allow or imagine.

Exiting the gift of her sacred blessing.

Allow your field to recalibrate with this frequency,

With this light.

Offering a prayer of gratitude,

We offer this healing to earth and all kingdoms of life upon her.

The plants,

The minerals,

The animals be activated with the full spectrum of their vibration,

Life force,

Medicine,

Light for their original intent.

From the creator to be activated and connected around the globe.

And for the human kingdom,

May we remember our own divine light and that we are all one.

Offer a prayer of gratitude to the goddess to Mary Magdalene.

Prayer of gratitude and blessing.

Gratitude to all of the light beings above around us.

Take another deep breath of your essential oils to close the memory cell that you may revisit at any moment with the same aroma,

Unlocking the healing,

The medicine,

The connection,

The sacred circle that we have cultivated here tonight.
