Welcome to the Adora Frequency Meditation Series.
This is the very first meditation in the series,
And it is called the invitation,
As we invite ourselves to come into a deeper remembrance of our heart as our true north and the source of all creation.
Tonight's alchemies will be amethyst for our crystal and cystis for our essential oil.
Enjoy.
Whatever aromatic you have,
Please go ahead and place one drop on the left palm of your hand,
Which receives higher energies,
Higher frequencies.
And so as you're inhaling the aromatic,
You're not only creating a new memory cell in the brain,
In the limbic system,
But you're opening your field,
You're opening your chakras,
You're opening your meridian points,
You're opening your mind and inviting a sense of ease through your breath,
The inhalation and exhalation through the nose and just breathing in from the lower belly.
Just noticing the depth of your breath.
Does it tend to be shallow?
Or do you typically feel your breath come into your body?
And just notice the difference in fullness of breathing from the lower dantian,
The dantian,
Your energetic core,
About an inch and a half below your navel to that single note and frequency that holds you in the perfection of form that you are.
And inviting any tension,
Any stress from the day,
From the week,
From the times to dissipate and dissolve around you into light.
And on your next breath,
Envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your dantian down through your root chakra,
Which opens and expands.
And simultaneously down each leg,
Which moves effortlessly down through the soles of your feet,
Which open and expand.
And all three lines of light converging at the earth star chakra and sink,
Sinking into the welcoming embrace of Mother Earth.
All her strength and support,
Fertile abundance,
Letting yourself open to receive this nurturance and this nourishment from the life force held within her.
Coming now to the core crystal at the center of the earth into this sacred chamber of amethyst crystal,
All gradations of purple light emanating their calming and restorative frequency to you.
Just letting all the thoughts,
All of the weight of the world to fall off your shoulders and dissolve into this warm and welcoming chamber of light.
Simply be here now.
As we come together in this sacred community of light,
This beautiful web of love for all those here now,
All those that will come in the future,
Coming into remembrance of who you truly are.
Feel your root and lower chakras continue to open and receive this greater sense of ease,
Greater flow of energy and greater release of what no longer serves you.
As this energy continues to recalibrate your Earth connection,
We invite the crown and higher centers to open and receive the golden rays of elimination of great grace,
Of blessing to reign down upon you.
Inviting them to come through the field,
Through your skin,
Through your blood,
Bone and marrow into your cells,
Particles,
Electrons.
As above,
So below.
Heaven and Earth energies are pouring down and pouring up to and through you,
Clearing each center,
Each cell along the way,
Opening pathways of light and cellular connections in optic connection in the brain.
These beautiful waves of light and love are moving through you with such gentleness and yet profundity.
Call forth our benevolent cosmic and earthly forces of light and love to surround,
Support,
Bless,
Protect,
Illuminate,
Inspire,
Grace and encourage us as we move forward.
Now receive the golden tetra-brammaton seal of divine blessing and protection to seal the group frequency encoded with the angelic legions of light in the four directions,
Raphael in the direction of East and the element of Air,
Michael in the direction of South and the element of Fire,
Gabriel in the direction of West with the element of Water,
Uriel in the direction of North with the element of Earth.
The angels of the zero point field to stabilize the access point through the dimension of limitless creation.
Take a deep breath into the center of your heart,
This great point of convergence,
Heaven and earth,
Co-mingling,
Harmonizing the frequencies here in your heart space and in this chamber of your heart we come to the threshold of the beloved,
To the holy of holies,
To the source of all creation,
Your sacred human heart.
Also the convergence point for a part of the cosmos and the heart of mother earth.
Breathe open the mouth.
We call forth the presence of your highest vibrational pattern,
Your I AM presence,
All of your spiritual teachers,
Guides,
Guardians,
Guardian angel,
All of the allies that you are connected with,
Emanating their love,
Light and blessing to you through all time and no time with form and beyond form,
Through all dimensions and all realities,
Surrounding you here and now.
Feel the great love and the infinite presence around you.
Just through this that you remember you are not alone.
This life,
All life is creation,
All creation is co-creation.
The appearance of this universal truth,
This universal law,
This seed of truth planted throughout your being here and now,
Planted throughout each of the trillions of cells within your body will dissolve the illusion that you are alone,
That you are or ever have been a victim.
You are surrounded by infinite love,
Blessing,
Abundance and light.
Breathe open,
Expand.
You may feel energy moving throughout your field,
You may feel energy moving,
Lifting,
Clearing,
Activating within your heart or high heart,
Soul,
Seat.
You may feel a sense of expansion in your chest that seems incredulous and yet it is the remembrance of truth within you that you are infinite.
That you are vast,
That you are already beyond limitation,
That you are a magnificent creator,
Sovereign divine being of light.
As you bring your consciousness to rest in the center of your heart,
Continue to see,
Feel,
Allow,
Imagine the beloved presence of all your allies surrounding and supporting you.
This sense of love without conditions,
Love without judgment is awakening to the deep layers of truth held within you.
It is to this center of your being,
Center of your heart,
Center of zero point field that we ask you to extend and invitation.
The invitation is to love yourself beyond condition,
To adore yourself as the beloved.
To honor each and every step you have taken,
Breath you have taken,
Sense your first.
The invitation is to come into remembrance that your heart is the source of all creation.
There is nothing you cannot have,
Experience,
Embody,
Enjoy,
Emanate and experience that comes from this sacred source.
It is through this frequency of alignment that your soul purpose becomes anchored and illuminated.
The invitation is to let go of the past,
The past patterns of loss,
Harm,
Dishonor,
Destruction,
Discontent,
Disharmony,
Disinheriting,
Disinheriting,
And genuineness.
We can fully let go when we are ready to assimilate the wisdom of the soul level teaching and divine truth.
You may feel a sense of warmth,
Tingling,
Moving through your field or physical body as your cells and DNA are activating through this harmonic resonance.
Breathe,
Open,
Invite,
Invite in the fullness of a abundance of joy,
A vibrancy.
Co-creation begins with the invitation,
Inviting in all the love,
The support,
The resources,
The nurturing,
The care,
The camaraderie,
The compassion,
The inspiration that we long for.
I am inviting you to let go of the past and to learn from it.
That is where soul level wisdom and knowledge become empowerment.
Breathe as your field continues to recalibrate.
We call forth the cosmic consciousness and invite the life force of Cystis and Amethyst.

It could be a sacred symbol,

And it may be simply through emanations of frequency,
Light rays.
Or others sacred forms of communion.
The invitation is yours to make.
All can be healed,
Transformed,
Created,
Transmuted,
All through your love.
We call you to take a deep breath of blessing and gratitude to yourself in this sacred chamber deep within your heart.
You may stay in this energy all this frequency.
And we offer this healing for the earth and all kingdoms of life upon the sacred planet.
Your life is sacred.
This sacred mineral animal human.
This will be it.
