Welcome to today's self-love meditation.
I encourage you to find a comfortable position either seated or lying on your back.
Resting your hands gently on your lap or beside you.
Taking down the eyes if that's comfortable for you.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a full breath out.
With every inhale you take allowing yourself to melt deeper into your body.
Allowing your mind to be at ease.
Allowing your body to fully surrender into this moment.
And just knowing and recognizing that there is nowhere else that you need to be.
And nothing else that you need to do.
Let's take a deep breath in and on the exhale let it all go.
And on every exhale allowing your body to just melt into the earth.
Letting go and releasing your body.
Releasing your heels into the earth.
Letting go of your feet.
Letting go of your legs.
Letting go of your stomach.
Letting go of your chest.
And feel the release as you now let go of your hands and your arms.
Feel your shoulders melting into the earth.
Letting go of your neck.
Allowing your body to relax and allowing your spine to rest.
Letting go of your head.
Allowing your eyelids to rest.
Allowing your jaw to soften.
Allowing your whole body to just melt and relax and just be.
There is nothing more that you need to do in this way.
Just allow yourself to be.
Maybe taking a few more deep breaths here.
Breathing in with your mind.
Noticing any thoughts that might drift by.
And if they do that's okay.
Acknowledging their thoughts.
And simply letting them go.
Can you notice a thought popping up?
Maybe just observing with no judgement.
Maybe even seeing yourself from above.
And maybe holding on to that thought.
And before you let it go you might wish to say I see you,
I hear you,
I let you go.
Now let's check in with our body.
How is your body feeling?
Are there any areas that are a little bit sore,
A little bit tense or just in need of a little bit of love?
If there is I encourage you with every inhale you take,
Redirect the breath to those parts of your body that you need.
Allowing the life force that enters through your lungs to fill your body with love and energy and life.
You might even wish to take a moment to bring your hands to your heart and give thanks for the body that you are in.
It breathes without instruction.
And every single cell in your body works tirelessly just to keep you alive.
Your vessel protects you,
It carries you,
It helps you travel,
It gives you experience and movement and joy.
Give thanks.
Your body is so much more than you might think it is.
Your body is such a powerful vessel carrying you through this life.
Shower it with love every single day.
And I promise she will return it back to you.
Just take a deep breath in.
And maybe just a full breath out letting go,
Falling deeper into your body.
On your next inhale let's check in with your breath.
The very breath that bears your life force,
That fills you with energy,
That gives you the prana to move through each day.
How is your breath today?
Are you checking in and asking yourself how your breath is?
Is it static?
Is it sharp?
Is it quick?
Is it full?
Is it deep?
Is it calm?
Just like an ocean.
If your breath is needing some love today,
I encourage you to spread your arms out wide.
Grab your arms over your chest,
Hug your body in and take a deep inhale here.
And on your next exhale giving thanks to the breath that births you and gives you life every day.
A very low Networks of Let's take a full breath in together and a deep breath out.
Maybe making some gentle movements before you begin to return back to your body.
Start by wiggling your fingers and toes.
Making some gentle movements,
Maybe stretching the arms up above your head.
You might even wish to bring a smile to your face,
Giving thanks to yourself for taking time out to be present,
To be still,
To honor and support yourself and to show up in your best version.
Taking a few final breaths in and a few deep exhales.
Exhaling gratitude and exhaling any fear,
Inhaling peace and exhaling any stress.
Really feeling the energy that you've now embodied and allowing yourself to carry this energy throughout the day.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
I'm wishing you a beautiful day.
