Welcome to this guided meditation on forgiveness.
Bring yourself to your meditative space,
Mind,
Body,
And breath.
When you're ready,
We'll begin.
Start by taking a deep inhale into the nose.
Exhale that breath all the way out through the mouth.
Let's do two more just like that.
Inhale deeply into your nose.
And out through your mouth slowly.
Last time together.
Inhale deeply.
Out the mouth.
Exhale completely.
This is the breath technique that you'll be using throughout this practice.
Regulating your nervous system to a space of rest and ease.
As we bring ourselves to some deep emotions in this forgiveness meditation,
I invite you to come back to your breath.
Back to the rhythm of that deep inhale and that deep exhale out.
The next thing that I invite you to do is bring your awareness to your face.
Bring your awareness to your jaw.
Unclench the muscles in your jaw.
Beloved,
Relax your tongue from the roof of your mouth and just soften into this neutral space.
I want you to breathe in neutrality.
Forgiveness is neither good nor bad.
Breathe into the space of neutrality.
I invite you to dive deep into the space of neutrality.
One could even say we might detach from this situation that is causing tension,
Tension,
Tension.
Moving into a space of ease,
Ease,
Ease.
Take your awareness to your very next inhale.
And as you exhale out,
Notice what is it that you're holding on to.
What is it that needs to be forgiven?
Is it an experience,
Words?
Is it actions?
Is it you that needs to be forgiven?
Can you put yourself in that person's or that experience or that place's shoes?
Can you become neutral?
Take your awareness to a space where you're able to witness exactly what is happening in and around you.
Take a deep breath.
Coming into the seat of neutrality.
What is it?
What is it that I can let go of and release?
How is it that I can create space to be and feel my own personal power?
This forgiveness is neither good nor bad.
I am adopting a neutral way of thinking.
I am adapting a neutral way of being.
Things of the past are no longer holding me back from breathing and living in my most authentic light.
Take a deep breath and allow this vibration to be with you now.
Sincerely sitting in the seat of neutrality.
Breathing in deeply.
Notice what comes up for you in this space.
Notice what is resisted.
Notice what you're having a hard time letting go of.
Notice the thought that you revisit over and over and over again.
Take a deep breath together and as you exhale,
Commit to releasing and letting go.
Take your time.
You can always come back to this meditation whenever,
If ever you need it.
Slowly and gently.
Just begin to bring some movement back into your body.
Slowly and gently.
Maybe you rub your hands together at your heart center.
Maybe you give yourself a big hug.
Bring some light movements to your body.
Maybe wipe your face if some tears have come up for you.
No worries.
No worries.
Take your time and when you're ready,
Put the biggest smile on your face because you are enough.
Exactly as you are.
I'll see you in the very next meditation.
Namaste.
