ACIM Lesson 245 Contemplation

"Your peace is with me, Father. I am safe."
This lesson emphasizes that God's peace is always with us, surrounding us wherever we go and providing a constant sense of safety. It encourages us to recognize this peace within ourselves and to share it with others, especially those who are suffering, lonely, or afraid. The lesson concludes by affirming that as we extend this peace to others, we come to recognize our Higher Self and hear the Voice for God more clearly

Lesson 245 Your peace is with me,

Father.

I am safe.

Your peace surrounds me,

Father.

Where I go,

Your peace goes there with me.

Your peace sheds its light on everyone I meet.

Father,

I bring Your peace to the desolate and lonely and afraid.

I give Your peace to those who suffer pain.

Father,

I give Your peace to those who grieve for loss.

I give Your peace to those who think they are bereft of hope and happiness.

Send Your children to me,

My Father.

Let me bring Your peace with me.

For I would save Your child,

As is Your will,

So that I may come to recognize myself.

And so,

We go in peace.

To all the world,

We give the message that we have received.

Thus,

We come to hear the voice for God.

God speaks to us as we relate His word.

We recognize God's love because we share the word that He has given unto us.

Father,

Where I go,

Your peace goes there with me.
