ACIM Lesson 240 Contemplation

"Fear is not justified in any form."

This lesson emphasizes that fear is a deception and has no basis in reality. It teaches that when we experience fear, we are perceiving ourselves and the world incorrectly, in a way that is impossible according to our true nature. We are reminded that nothing real can be threatened, and therefore our true self is always safe. It encourages us to recognize that fear is an illusion and to choose instead. to see the world through the eyes of love and truth, aligning our perception with our eternal, unchangeable reality as God created us.
