A great way to start the morning and shake up what I believe.

I don't how else to describe this.. But here we go. While I was listening, it felt like my ego was resisting what was being said. But I felt an innate truth to the words at the same time. I felt myself switching from observation/judgement, to being in the present moment. Very interesting meditation. Thank you 💜
