Go ahead and get yourself into a comfortable seated position.
Ideally,
If possible,
Have your feet flat on the floor,
Your legs comfortable,
Your arms resting with palms face up.
And bring your focus,
Your attention,
Your awareness to your breath,
To your lungs.
Allow your lungs to begin to gently open,
Deepening and softening and expanding the capacity of your breath.
Feel the lungs opening to receive more breath into them and breathing out any tension or stress in the body.
Breathing in fresh life force,
Fresh air,
Fresh energy,
Deeply and powerfully.
As you continue to explore the depth of your lung capacity.
And again,
Breathing out the tension,
Anxiety,
Any stagnation in your body gets breathed out of you.
Cycling through this deep,
Slow,
Gentle inhale and gentle slow exhale at your own rhythm.
Just exploring and expanding the capacity,
Breathing down deep into the stomach,
Allowing yourself to completely fill the lungs to the best of your ability.
Perhaps taking a brief pause at the top before breathing out.
Then a brief pause while your breath is empty.
And as you continue this low,
Gentle,
Deep breathing.
Imagine now the breath is filling the entire body.
That your breath is going all the way down into your toes and all the way to the top of your head.
As if the entire body is breathing in fresh energy and breathing out anything stressful,
Stagnant or old.
Imagining and feeling to the best of your ability every cell in your body receiving this fresh energy,
This fresh breath and life force.
Allow your body to receive more and more with each breath and release purge and clear anything it no longer wants to be holding on to.
Each breath bringing you newness as you release the old.
Allowing the body to soften,
The body to relax with each breath as you receive.
Imagining the spine softening,
The back opening,
The muscles relaxing into the chair,
Into the cushions.
And now bring your focus to your pelvis,
Your tailbone and imagine there to the best of your ability a fire,
A small fire at first.
And with each breath,
The breath comes into that fire and begins to expand that fire,
To ignite that fire.
Each breath builds the fire and the fire grows brighter.
This fire is your energy,
Is your life force,
Is your desire and passion to be alive.
Let your breath ignite that fire,
Feeling it,
Feeling its warmth,
Its heat,
Its activity and its excitement as it expands.
And allow that fire to continue to expand throughout your body,
Going up,
Up the spine,
Filling up your body,
Bringing heat and vitality,
Activity and life force to your body as this fire expands in you.
Charging you,
Activating you with each breath,
With each expansion,
The flame grows,
Your passion grows,
Your energy grows.
And then the fire begins to expand,
Expanding out around you,
Consuming,
Igniting your whole body and the whole space around you in this active,
Vital fire.
Charging you,
Energizing you.
Now envision this fire expanding out and going towards whatever it is you need to create today or do today or take care of today.
Whatever is before you after this meditation,
Known or unknown,
Allow this fire to flow into it with your intention and your direction as best as you can.
Bringing activity,
Bringing energy,
Bringing creativity,
Bringing passion and desire to what lies ahead.
Let this fire continue to expand out around you,
Into your life,
Into all the important areas in your life,
Your relationships,
Your family,
Your work,
Your passions in life,
Your community.
Allow that fire within you to spread like a wildfire of passion,
Of purpose,
Of energy,
Of excitement.
As you continue to breathe and pump this fire with your own life force,
It expands out in all directions around you.
And begin to focus on the possibilities of joy,
Of happiness,
Of fun and excitement as this fire spreads,
As this fire touches every aspect of your life.

Imagine and feel as best you can the joy,
The excitement,
The adventure of everything in your life being transformed,
Being improved,
Expanding and growing as this fire spreads around you.
Imagine and feel as best you can the joy that this will bring to you and everyone you are connected to.
That as your fire expands,

The five damned Now,
Bring your focus,

Back into your center,

Feel that fire flowing through your heart as best as you can.
