In the next five minutes we will focus on our breath and meditate together.
Just find a place to sit comfortably and relax.
Get a blanket if you need to.
So let's begin.
Firstly,
Let's take three deep breaths to calm our body and mind.
On the third deep breath,
Slowly close your eyes.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And slowly close your eyes.
Keep breathing in and out and you will start to breathe naturally.
Now focusing on your each breath.
In and out.
In and out.
Feeling the movement of your body while breathing.
You may feel your chest moving up and down.
Following your breath.
In and out.
In and out.
If there is some noise from your surroundings,
Let it be and focus on your breath.
In and out.
In and out.
And sometimes maybe you are distracted from your mind.
There may be some memories or work from today.
When you are aware,
Just come back and focus again.
In and out.
In and out.
Slowly coming back to the surroundings.
Try to move your fingers and toes and sensing your body.
When you are ready,
You can open up your eyes.
