Welcome to Tizen.

Today we will enjoy the cup of tea together.

Please help yourself with a cup of tea.

You may use a simple tea bag or brew a pot of tea.

It is recommended to prepare a tea at a drinkable temperature to enjoy the session.

Pause the audio here if you need some time to prepare the tea.

When you're ready,

Please sit comfortably next to a table and place your tea in front of you.

Sit back and take a deep breath.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

And we now begin.

Let's look at the tea.

Observe the color of the tea.

Any flavor?

Can you notice the movement of the paper?

Observe the cup which holds the tea.

What material is it?

What color is it?

Any patterns on the cup?

What do you think about the patterns?

Slowly touch the cup with your fingers.

What's the temperature of the cup?

Is it hot or warm?

Can you feel the texture of the cup at your fingertips?

Can you hold the cup with both of your hands?

It's okay if it's too hot to hold.

Just keep looking at the tea and the cup.

Picking up the cup and put it closer to your nose.

Take a deep breath and try to smell it.

What is the smell like?

Is it a fresh smell?

Is it floral?

Take one more breath and let the tea smell get into your body.

Now start to take a sip of the tea.

Sip of the tea.

Sense the taste from the front to the back of your tongue.

How does it taste?

Does the taste change on different parts of your tongue?

Take one more sip again.

I will now leave you some time to enjoy the tea.

I hope you enjoyed our tea time today.

Thank you and see you next time.
