Welcome to this meditation to help you find your soulmate.
This practice can help you connect with your deepest desires.
To begin,
Find a comfortable seated or lying position.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Allow any tension in your body to release with each exhale.
Be aware of your breath.
Become aware of the breath through the nostrils.
The natural breath flows through both nostrils and meets at the top of the nose to form a triangle.
The spontaneous breath enters through the nostril openings,
Moves upwards and draws together to form a triangle with its apex in the eyebrow center.
Be aware of the breath passing through both nostrils.
Think of the breaths as starting separately from a distance,
Drawing near and uniting in the eyebrow center.
Now concentrate on each breath and try to determine its temperature.
Move back and forth and compare the temperatures.
Continue your awareness of breathing.
But imagine you are now breathing through alternate nostrils.
Breathe in through one nostril and out through the other.
And down the sides of the triangle and back again.
Maintain your awareness and start counting each breath with full attention.
Do not fall asleep.
Inhale left 54,
Exhale right 54.
Inhale right 53,
Exhale left 53.
And so on.
Continue counting and breathing to zero.
Total awareness of counting and breathing.
If you make a mistake or reach zero,
Start again from 54.
Do not fall asleep.
Stop counting and remain aware of the breath only.
Inhaling evenly through both nostrils.
Total awareness.
No sleeping.
Now repeat the following affirmation silently to yourself three times.
I'm ready to receive the love I deserve.
I trust the universe to guide me to my soulmate.
I'm open to the love that's meant for me.
As you hold this affirmation in your mind,
Allow yourself to feel the joy and excitement of being in a loving,
Fulfilling relationship.
Visualize yourself with your soulmate.
Feel happy,
Supported and cherished.
As you come to the end of this practice,
Take a moment to thank yourself for taking the time to connect with your deepest desires.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Take a deep breath and carry this sense of love and connection with you throughout your day.
Remember that you are deserving of love and it's already on its way to you.
