Wisdom is knowing I am nothing.
Love is knowing I am everything.
And between the two,
My life moves.
Nisargadatta Maharaj.
Hey there,
Friend.
My name is Anthony.
And thanks for pressing play today.
This quick session is for the moments when you're tired of trying to figure it all out.
When the questions in life feel louder than the answers.
If you've been caught in your head lately,
Trying to figure out who you are,
What you want,
Or where you're going,
This is your space to let all of that go.
So let's slow down together and listen for what's already here.
Not to solve anything,
But to remember something deeper.
So take a moment to settle in,
Let your body feel supported,
And begin to gently slow down your breathing.
Nothing.
Just allow your breathing to soften and lengthen,
And begin to guide yourself inward,
Slowing everything down.
That's all you have to do.
We tend to overcomplicate meditation.
We think we're supposed to feel something profound.
We imagine it's supposed to be blissful or enlightening.
But the truth is,
All we really need to do is slow down our breathing.
Because when our breathing slows down,
Our brain begins to slow down.
Our brainwaves settle into coherence.
We begin to shift into that intuitive,
Calm,
Alpha state of mind,
Where possibilities exist.
And when we slow down our breathing,
We naturally get into our heart space more easily.
We begin to notice our hearts,
And the very loving presence animating through us.
That field of intelligence,
Moving through everything,
Becomes so much more apparent.
And science tells us something beautiful happens when we focus on our heart.
It begins to beat more coherently.
And now,
When our brain and heart are both coherent,
We become more coherent.
More open.
More creative.
More relaxed.
More loving.
More aligned.
So,
Just let your breath guide you into your heart space,
Like a wave gently floating you out to sea.
Now,
I want to offer you a question.
Maybe it's a question you haven't asked in a very long time.
Maybe you've never asked it at all.
But just let this question settle into your heart.
Not to analyze it,
Not to problem solve,
But just to listen and feel what arises.
Who am I,
Most deeply?
Who am I,
Most deeply?
This is the question beneath all questions.
Not what should I do?
Not what do I want?
And not even why am I here?
But instead,
Who is here at all?
Your mind will rush to answer it.
It may reach for names,
Titles,
Roles,
Accomplishments,
Formal identities.
That's okay.
Acknowledge them,
And gently set them down.
Return to the breath,
Return to the heart,
And ask again.
Who am I,
Most deeply?
The thing is,
This question can't be answered with what is already known.
Really,
It must be lived,
Felt,
Uncovered in the unknown.
It's found in the places where you are unwilling to go.
It requires stillness,
Not strategy.
Presence,
Not planning.
Courage,
Not certainty.
Because the real answer,
The one that matters,
Doesn't come wrapped in words.
It arrives as a shift in your being,
A remembering,
A homecoming.
And when it lands,
I can promise you this.
It won't just inform you.
It will liberate you.
Who am I,
Most deeply?
I'll leave you here,
To linger with that question,
To rest with whatever is arising.
No need to chase an answer.
Let that question walk with you.
Let it become the way in which you listen,
In how you breathe,
In how you live.
Who am I,
Most deeply?
