Welcome to your womb initiation meditation.
I designed this meditation to be an invoking and an invitation to reconnect you with your most sacred space as a woman,
Your womb.
Finding a comfortable place to rest,
Whether seated or laying down.
This will be a longer meditation,
So find a place that you're really comfortable to be for a longer period of time.
Let's start by taking a few cleansing breaths together.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling out your mouth.
Two more times,
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Starting to relax your body.
Scanning the crown of your head,
Softening and relaxing your crown and all the hairs on your head.
Knowing that you are completely safe,
Completely protected by your guides and your ancestors,
Especially all the women who came before you.
Moving down to relax and soften your forehead.
Softening your third eye.
Left and right sides of your brain becoming softer with every breath.
Relaxing the eyebrows,
Your eyes,
Your temples and ears.
Softening your cheeks and nose,
Your chin and jaw.
Now relaxing the inside of your mouth.
Feeling your tongue relax and all of your teeth becoming softer,
Nearly melting.
And feeling your whole head now more and more relaxed.
Allowing yourself to be open to this journey,
Open to your wound.
And now flowing down your neck,
Relaxing all the muscles in your throat.
Down into your chest,
Feeling your heartbeat slow,
Your breath becoming softer and softer.
Softening your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Elbows,
Forearms and wrists.
Softening the palms of your hands.
Maybe even feeling the energy spiraling out of your hands.
Softening and relaxing your thumbs,
Pointer fingers,
Middle fingers,
Ring fingers and pinky.
Putting both of your arms heavier and softer.
Becoming completely held by Mother Earth below you.
And coming back into your chest,
Softening your breath and your heart once more.
Traveling down,
Relaxing your stomach,
Your internal organs,
Becoming softer and more relaxed with each breath.
Softening your womb space,
Feeling your energy gently open in this space.
Down into your hips,
Feeling any tension release down into the earth from your hip joints.
Scanning,
Relaxing down your thighs,
Knees,
Shins and calves,
Ankles,
Your feet,
All 10 toes.
Becoming so,
So soft.
Feeling your whole body now coming more and more relaxed,
More open and soft.
Feeling your whole body's weight completely supported by the earth below you.
Now I want you to imagine within your mind you're standing at the top of a staircase.
At the bottom of the staircase is a door.
Notice if you're wearing shoes or if you have bare feet.
And taking your first step down these 10 stairs closer to your door,
Feeling the material of the stairs beneath your feet.
And taking a step down to step two,
Each step is allowing you to relax and soften and open more and more.
Down to step number three.
Step number four.
And number five,
Becoming more relaxed,
More open.
Down to step number six.
Stepping down to seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Feeling completely relaxed,
Completely safe,
Knowing you are being guided and held completely.
And stepping down to stair number 10.
Down to the landing right before your door.
Enjoying the way that you feel.
Noticing the material of your door.
Maybe it's made of wood,
Painted or raw.
Maybe the door is made of crystal or metal.
And you see on this door there's a doorknob.
And you reach out to grab the doorknob,
Feeling the texture and material of the knob as you slowly twist it open,
Opening the door in front of you.
All you see is beautiful golden light.
And you just feel that there's so much safety,
So much familiarity beyond this cold and healing warm light.
And you take a deep breath and take a step through your door,
Emerging into a beautiful open nature landscape.
You just take a minute here to take in the views,
Allowing whatever comes to you to remain.
Trusting what comes up for you,
Knowing you are completely safe,
Completely relaxed.
You start to walk through this nature landscape,
Following a trail,
Taking in the views.
Maybe there's trees,
A river.
Maybe you can hear birds chirping,
Little animals running around.
Notice that the sun is shining.
If it's a cloudy day or raining,
Just taking in the space,
Feeling how familiar it is.
Continuing to walk on your path,
Just enjoying.
And up ahead,
You notice a cave in the distance.
As you take your time walking on your path,
The cave becomes more and more clear.
And you notice it's in the shape of your vulva,
Your sacred space,
Your pleasure center,
Your creative energy.
Noticing the beauty of this cave,
How connected it feels to you,
Like it's a part of you.
You are seeing and meeting in this beautiful way.
Taking in the curvature of the cave,
The opening,
The jewel at the top,
Just taking a moment to thank the space for being here for you your whole life.
Before you enter this cave to your womb,
You notice there's an offering in your hand,
Allowing whatever comes first to stay.
Maybe it's shells,
Flowers,
A snack.
And you lay that offering in front of your yoni cave,
Asking and praying for entry.
And once you feel your cave is ready to allow you to enter her,
You walk towards the cave,
Noticing the shift in the breeze as you walk through the opening into darkness.
But a darkness that feels so familiar,
Like the time before life and after death.
A warm void,
But filled with life,
With energy,
With love.
It feels like returning,
Being in this space.
You notice as you walk deeper into the cave,
The air becomes moist,
And noticing there's a pool of water out in front of you.
You slowly walk towards this water,
Feeling the temperature on your toes or shoes,
And walking deeper and deeper,
Knowing you are completely safe,
Completely at ease in this space.
And the water gets deeper and deeper until you can swim,
And you're swimming in this beautiful,
Warm water.
And you notice that there's a light at the end of this tunnel,
At the end of this water,
And you swim towards it.
And as you move closer and closer to this light,
You feel this growing warmth,
This growing familiarity,
This growing love and power.
And you swim through into this light,
And you emerge out into this beautiful waterscape.
Noticing what this looks like for you.
Is it an ocean?
A cave?
A river?
A lake?
Maybe a waterfall?
And knowing and feeling so deeply within you that this is the space of your womb.
And as you swim out into the center of your water space,
You may stay in the water,
Or come onto any land if there is.
And you feel this voice,
This presence that is yours,
But a little bit different.
A voice that's been with you your entire life,
But has maybe been too quiet to hear.
And here,
Within your mind,
Within your womb space,
You introduce yourself to your womb.
You can ask her what her name is.
And you will notice that her voice isn't the loud one of the mind,
But of the subtle,
The soft,
The powerful.
And you may take this time to rest in your womb space.
You may ask her what she most wants to tell you at this time.
Maybe she responds with words,
Or with spirit animals or guides.
Or maybe it's just a feeling,
A knowing,
That she gives to you.
You may ask what she needs from you.
And you can remain here a little longer,
Just enjoying this deep connection,
Remembrance,
And initiation back into your womb.
Or a little bit longer on your own.
And saying any final goodbyes to your womb.
But knowing that even after you leave this space,
There will be a much stronger connection between you and your womb.
Making your way back into the water if you haven't already.
And swimming back to that opening,
Back into your cave.
Enjoying the smooth water running over your body.
Cleansing you,
Healing you,
Playing with you.
Swimming back into your cave.
Back into the darkness.
Feeling the water becoming more and more shallow.
Your head emerging.
Your shoulders.
Chest.
Stomach.
Hips and legs.
And slowly walking out of the water.
Back into the darkness of your cave.
And seeing that light and familiar and natural landscape.
Just outside the cave of your yoni.
Making your way out back into your natural landscape.
Taking your time.
Enjoying the safety,
The love,
The light of this space within you.
Walking past your offering from earlier.
Finding that trail that leads you back to your door.
Listening to the birds.
The sound of water.
The warm sun or rain or wind moving through you,
Speaking to you.
Feeling so connected to mother earth.
And seeing your door in the distance.
Maybe it looks different on this side.
Just noticing the detail that comes up as you slowly and patiently make your way back into your door.
Getting so close.
You begin to reach for the nom.
Slowly opening your door.
Seeing that familiar golden healing light.
Feeling safe and secure and so connected to your womb.
And stepping through that golden light back to the bottom of your staircase.
Seeing 10 steps out in front of you.
Closing the door behind you.
And stepping up to step number 1.
Feeling a little bit more awake and back in your body.
Up to step 2.
Step 3.
Feeling the material of the stairs.
Going up to step 4.
And step 5.
Feeling even more awake now.
More in your body.
Up to step 6.
7.
8.
9.
Feeling almost completely awake and back in your body now.
Stepping up to step 10.
And then up onto your top platform.
And taking a deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Taking a few more deep breaths like this.
Slowly inviting some movement back into your fingers and toes.
Feeling this deep connection to your womb.
Your womb space.
Your yoni.
Your sea of your essence.
Your shakti.
Adding a little bit more movement.
Maybe taking a big morning stretch.
Reaching your arms up above your head.
Stretching your legs out long.
Taking one more deep breath here.
Completely grounding in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
I thank you so,
So deeply for being here.
For doing this meditation today.
Know that you can always,
Always come back to this space within you.
Your womb is always here for you.
I love you and have an amazing day.
