My name is Haley and I'll be guiding you through this practice.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seat or lying down.
Make sure it's quiet and comfortable.
Let's take some deep breaths together.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling out the mouth.
Keep going like that.
With each inhale,
Imagining glowing radiant light being breathed into your body,
Into your being.
Filling you with peace,
With love,
With abundance.
And as you exhale,
Releasing anything that no longer serves you.
As you breathe,
Allow this to be a calming breath.
Inhaling love and peace,
Exhaling all that no longer serves you.
Sitting tall through your spine,
Shoulders rolled back and down.
You can place hands,
Palms down on your knees for more of a grounding or palms up.
Point your finger and thumb together for gyan mudra,
Invoking and receiving clarity and energy.
You can now relax and soften your breath,
Coming back to a more natural breath pace.
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose.
Now I want you to visualize who you want to be.
Take any ideas of how you're going to get there,
Anything out of the way.
What does your highest self look like?
Notice their mannerisms and the energy that they carry.
Notice the clothing they're wearing.
Just doing all this visualization through a lens of peace,
Contentness.
Not forcing or yearning,
Just observing,
Noticing.
You can ask or watch your higher self,
How they are making their abundance,
Their money,
Their prosperity.
Maybe the answer comes in words,
A vision or a feeling in your body.
Remembering that feeling.
Noticing the surrounding of your highest self.
Are you surrounded by earth,
By water,
Maybe a beautiful home or a family?
Just noting these things with ease in your mind.
Taking in how it feels to be your highest self.
How does it feel to have everything you've ever wanted?
Noticing what people surround you,
How do they make you feel?
Now I want you to really feel this energy of your highest self in your own body.
Feeling and loving the abundance,
The love,
The success.
Feeling every beautiful thing your highest self is embodying and experiencing and attracting.
Really pay attention to this feeling that you're now cultivating within you.
This energy of your highest self anchoring into your being now.
As you hold on to this feeling,
Start to deepen your breath,
Coming back into your physical body.
Now throughout your day,
Remember that you can come back to this energy.
You know what it feels like to be the person that you want to be.
So as you move throughout your day,
Call this energy back anytime you remember to do so.
And as you embody and feel this energy,
You will move yourself into the frequency of your highest self.
Deepening your breath a little bit more now.
Releasing any need to hold on,
Just knowing that this energy is there for you whenever you need it.
Inviting a little bit of movement back into your fingers and toes.
Maybe rolling the shoulders or the head,
Coming right back into your body.
Let's take three cleansing breaths together.
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling out your mouth.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale and release.
