Welcome to your 9 minute womb connection meditation.
My name is Haley and I'll be guiding you through this practice.
Start by finding a comfortable position,
Whether that's laying down or seated.
Make any adjustments you might need to be a little bit more comfortable.
And then settle into your space.
Let's start by grounding.
We'll do three cleansing breaths together,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling out the mouth.
First one,
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale out the mouth.
Two more,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Last one,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Now taking a moment to feel all the places that your body is meeting the ground,
Your seat,
Your bed or the earth.
Feeling the connection between your body and the ground.
Knowing that you are completely supported and held and can have hands as they are,
Or option to bring a left hand onto your heart and a right hand onto your womb.
Take a few breaths here,
Breathing into the center of your chest,
Into your heart space.
Beautiful,
And now starting to bring your awareness down,
Moving it down from the space of your heart chakra down into your belly,
To right below your belly button into the space of your womb.
Using the right hand on your womb space to bring your awareness back into your womb.
If you become lost and fought,
Now with each breath,
I want you to inhale into the womb.
Feel that as you inhale,
You're filling your womb up with love,
With light,
And then exhale,
Releasing back down into the earth.
Inhale,
Breathing into your womb space,
Feeling your right hand raise a little bit as your womb expands,
And exhale,
Connecting back into the earth,
Continuing like this with your breath,
Using every inhale and exhale to connect to the energy of your womb,
Continuing for a little longer on your own,
And I'll come back to you when it's time.
Deepening your breaths now,
Taking a moment to offer yourself and your womb gratitude.
Thank yourself for showing up for yourself today.
Thank your body for being here,
For supporting you,
And starting to bring some movement into your fingers and toes,
Maybe circling the spine,
And becoming aware again of all the sense that your body is meeting the earth,
Coming back into your body,
Back into your space.
Take your time to slowly open your eyes,
Becoming acquainted with your surroundings once again.
I thank you for joining me in this meditation.
From my heart to yours,
Namaste.
