Breathe slowly into the heart space.
Not only in the front of the chest,
But we're going to breathe horizontally.
Letting the breath pierce the front of the heart all the way to the back.
And exhaling from the back of the heart all the way to the front,
Like a gentle current thawing frozen water.
Inhale through the heart,
Draw the breath in.
And exhale back out through the heart from whence it came.
Again,
Allow the breath to move through any numbness.
If you find any aches,
Just experience that place that learned to harden in order to survive.
You do not need to force the heart open.
You only need to choose to give a little love.
Only soften around what is ready to melt.
And visualize a soft green light.
Expanding your heart center.
It surrounds you,
And in its core,
A golden pink ruby.
The pink light glowing within it.
Represents tenderness,
Green of the ruby fuchsiaite light symbolizes restoration.
Let your breath move through both.
Breathing in through the heart and exhaling through the heart back out.
To the front of the body.
And if emotion arises,
Just allow it.
I know it's easy to resist,
But sitting with it will bring you the greatest peace.
And if nothing arises,
Allow that too.
You are never behind in healing.
You are simply thawing at your own pace.
Now silently or softly.
Chant YAM.
YAH YAH Feel that vibration moving through the chest.
Like warmth returning to winter ground.
Imagine that green-pink light.
Glowing with compassionate strength.
Imagine a purple shield around your aura.
It's Amethyst,
Holding clarity.
Softness.
And spiritual calm,
As well as abundance.
For the sober heart,
For the grieving heart.
For the heart learning to trust itself again.
Breathe gently through the center of your chest.
Feel your heart relax and expand.
You are allowed to soften without losing yourself.
You are allowed to continue forward without abandoning what you love.
And beneath every ending and every ache.
Beneath every season of coldness,
Remember.
Remember the roots of love that which you are,
And take one final breath.
To complete this practice through the heart space.
Fill yourself up.
And exhale out the mouth.
Tap your feet on the ground,
Wiggle your fingers.
And allow yourself to return slowly.
