Good morning and welcome to a new day.
A new opportunity to show up with intention and joy and to be fully present.
Come into a comfortable seat where you are.
Let your hands rest gently on your lap.
Palms facing up or down.
Welcome the morning light and let it wash over you as you prepare to begin your work day.
With your eyes still open,
Take in the light of the new day.
Looking around the room,
Perhaps inviting a sense of gratitude for your space.
Gratitude for the crisp morning air.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Letting it fill your belly and as you exhale through your mouth,
Allow the eyes to gently close.
Bring both hands to the belly now and inhale deeply.
Feel your belly rising and with your exhale,
Feel it contract.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Exhale.
Continue to breathe deeply and consciously,
Deepening your inhale and really elongating your exhale.
You get to design the kind of day you have today.
With every micro decision,
You have the opportunity to move with the flow of joy.
What intention will you set for this day?
Let it permeate into your work,
Into your interactions with colleagues,
Loved ones and even the strangers you might get to meet on this day.
Moving from a heart-led place,
Answering this question,
What do I need to accomplish to call this day successful and how can I use my joyous intention to accomplish it?
As you move through the day,
May you remember that your joy is the portal into your expansion.

We inhale deeply now.
Exhale and now taking the deepest breath we've taken so far,
Fill the belly,
Fill the chest and reach the arms up into a stretch and as you exhale,
Wriggle your fingers and flutter the eyes open.

You are present.
You are ready to meet the day with joy.
