A nourishing gentle movement offering for the days when you've been dancing with the flow state or perhaps the due dates are looming and you've been sitting a little too long. A reminder that even when time seems to not be on our side, all it takes is a brief moment to gift our bodies with movement and deep breaths to return to presence.

Hello and welcome to this energizing meditative practice to help you reset after you may have been sitting just a little too long.

I invite you to come up onto your feet and really just get into the body.

We're gonna do a couple stretches to release the tension that may have built up over the last few hours.

So we reach the arms up towards the sky and just maybe lean to one side and then the other and perhaps you find a yawn and just really stretching those arms and then you release them down to your sides.

Beautiful.

Just breathing here.

So we're gonna circle your neck one way and then just a couple of times and then we move to the other side and then roll the shoulders forward breathing all the while and then backwards and then maybe release that and then we roll the ankle one way and then the other and then swapping feet rolling the other one and then changing direction just waking up the body and now we're gonna shake out your wrists just shake them one out and then maybe you shake the whole arm and we shake the ankle and we shake the other one and we shake out the whole leg and shake out the arms.

Beautiful.

And now we bring the arms all the way up reach up inhale and release.

Dropping the hands.

Relax.

Beautiful.

Beautiful and we take a deep breath in and exhale.

Amazing.

I invite you now to come back down to find your seat or you can continue the rest of the meditation standing whichever feels more comfortable to you as we settle your energy once more and prepare to get back to work.

Welcome the feeling of accomplishment even as you relax into the state of ease knowing that your efforts are rewarded knowing that you are so supported.

Elongate your spine imagining a string pulling you gently upwards from the crown of your head.

Hands can rest at your heart and take a few deep breaths together now.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale and final exhale it all out.

Beautiful.

Thank you for taking just a small moment of nourishment to offer yourself even as you are deep within your work knowing that whenever you need a quick moment to reset you are so welcome to return here this energizing practice once more.

Thank you for practicing with me and until next time.

Gamaku.
