I've designed this meditation with the intention of creating a feeling of safety and support in oneself so you can allow any sensations or feelings that you may have needed to suppress to come up, be felt and pass. It uses the analogy of home to do so and is inspired by the poem "The Guest House" by Rumi and I hope it does support you in releasing whatever you may need to release on the day. It is best done lying down but can also be done sitting down if you feel you will fall asleep lying down.
