Hello and welcome to the Collective Pulse for the week of September 14th.
Let us close our eyes and we are going to read the energy of what most serves for us to know.
As leaders building new worlds,
New paradigms at this time,
And what I see right away is an image from last night.
My husband and I went to the local hardware store to find a new fan for our bedroom and we were looking at all of the options.
There were 20,
30 different fans up in the ceiling on display.
And the one that caught my attention,
It's what I'm seeing in the image right now,
Was similar to like a wind turbine.
You know,
It has sort of the shaped fans that are like angled.
Is ergonomic the right word?
It's three fans.
The blades are really shaped in a very particular way with a light bulb in the middle.
It stood out to me from all the other ones.
So the message I'm feeling is.

In a time of leadership because you're called to watch this video because you're a leader.
In times of leadership,
There are so many different styles and ways that we can lead.
And the message right now seems to be focus on the.
.
.
Most efficient.
Best for you,
The world,
The community,
The Earth.
The One that's going to last the longest because it provides reciprocity.
Is that the right word?
Um,
Sustainability,
My English today is not there.
It provides the most value for the best price perhaps long term.
Which may not mean it's the best price short-term.
It may not mean it's the easiest thing to install short-term.
But long-term,
It's going to last longer and provide better value and be better for your business.
Everything the world.
Our planet.
So this image seems to be.
Tapping into Virgo energy,
Which were in the sun sign of Virgo.
Wrapping up soon and we're also in the new moon in Virgo energy.
Virgo to me is about the body,
The details,
The routines.
The structures that we put in place,
The health.
The wellness of ourselves,
Our body,
But also of our organization,
Of our community.
As we are leading,
It's really important to be looking at the overall health and value for the system.
Us individually,
For the community that we're guiding,
Or the business,
For the output,
What's being created from our collective energy together.
It's so much about efficiency,
Simplicity,
Value.
And so this image of seeing the one fan in comparison to all the other fans is giving us that same message in a different way.
A visual way of a fan.
I guess because it's so practical.
It's like we all know what a fan does.
We all know what a wind turbine fan would look like.
And so how do we embody that level of efficiency and maybe even futuristic energy?
The next way of leading,
The next way of providing value to ourselves and our communities and our businesses.
It's a longer-term,
Visionary approach to leadership,
Not just the traditional old style fan with the little,
Like the lamp I have in the background,
The chandelier.
You know,
The old style,
It's cutting edge,
New,
Leading technology.
We're those kinds of leaders.
I also had this thought,
And by the way Jade is sitting here on my lap swishing her tail around,
So if you see something flying it would be her tail.
She's very happy here with us today.
I had this thought earlier,
Too,
When I was thinking about the collective pulse in these messages that I share.
It's reminded me of the fitness app that I'm using right now and how the woman who leads the classes.
The videos she talks about,
Each time you come back,
You get to refine your form.
You strengthen your ability to hold a pose,
To deepen into a movement,
To stretch the muscle.
We're not going to her class to learn how to work out.
We know how to work out.
We're going to have accountability and to be reminded to be our best,
To stretch ourselves too.
Push ourselves into the next expression of our bodies and our minds and our harmony of mind,
Body,
Soul.
It's the same for me when I lead meditation.
You don't need me to meditate.
You know how to meditate.
But being in the meditation and being guided allows you to deepen and strengthen and play with new ways to meditate.
I feel like that's what this collective pulse space is about.
You know how to lead.
You don't need me to tell you how to lead.
Connection to the energy or the astrology or a feeling of what's happening moving through the collective conversation We get to refine.
Our abilities of leading,
Our ways of leading.
We get to feel what's happening around us and then adjust and strengthen and move through.
Based on the collective energetics.
Pretty cool.
And I love being the one to do this.
