Hello and welcome to The Collective Pulse for the week of July 27th.
Let us close our eyes.
And we are going to read the energy of what most serves for us to know as leaders building the new worlds right now.
What I see right away is a dealer at a casino like a blackjack table And we're the dealers,
The leaders,
We're the dealers.
And we're shuffling the cards out really fast.
And the audience or the people who are coming to play the game are starting to come in to get the cards.
But the moment I see right now is the shuffling,
The dealing,
Not the shuffling,
The actual dealing out of the cards.
I'm so glad we're done with the bridge.
I feel like the bridge.
Energy for the last few weeks has been a lot.
So now we're into a casino and we are dealing cards.
Why would this be what I see right now?
We are in a new moment,
A new game,
A new reality,
And we are the dealer.
And by that I mean.
.
.
If you think of a casino,
A dealer has trained,
They have prepared,
They have learned the craft,
And now they get to go out on the floor and they start dealing the cards and participating in the game of whatever it is that people are coming to co-create with them.
So the training,
The skill,
The development has happened.
Now it's time to play the game.
That's really the main message.
It's time to play the game.
And as leaders,
We are the dealers.
We are the ones that are initiating the game.
We are the ones that are calling towards us,
Those who want to co-create with us.
And the game could be your company,
Your community,
Your family.
The world,
The global stage,
Politics,
Health,
Like it could be.
Whatever.
You're initiating your skill,
Your leadership into.
And as the Aquarius who always roots for the underdog and wants everyone to be equal and all people to have the opportunity to do whatever they want to do,
I would like to say clearly Anyone can train to be a dealer.
It's not some exclusive thing that somehow we were each anointed to receive.
We develop the skills,
We develop the desire,
We follow what is our passion and our interest and our calling forward,
And that path of leadership is available to anyone.
And I believe as we move more and more with Pluto through Aquarius,
It is going to neutralize or equalize that difference in the old hierarchy of you had to be some exclusive thing to be the guru,
The master,
The teacher,
The leader,
And everyone else is peasant.
That is so not the reality,
And this image in particular.
Seems to emphasize that it really is about putting the time and the energy and the passion into whatever your craft or your skill is and you develop it more and that's how you become the leader.
So as we stand here in this energy image,
As the dealers.
And we're dealing the cards.
It is because we chose the path.
It is because we put the time and the energy and the effort into being prepared for this moment to initiate this next chapter.
And those who are coming towards us want to play the game.
They want to be part of the experience that we are co-creating.
They're magnetized to us because we offer something that they desire to expand within themselves.
And so we co-create.
It's a game.
I say experiment sometimes.
Some people like to say it's,
What is the word they use?
Simulation.
It's a simulation.
It's all for the thrill of the experience of it.
And I think the more we remember that,
That we are these infinite souls that have chosen to play this human game.
And now we're dealing the next round.
We're stepping into the next chapter.
Okay.
Bring it,
Let's do it.
Let's do the thing.
So it's a new game.
It's a new moment.
As leaders,
We are initiating right now.
And so there's going to be.
.
.
Ways that you are pulled or guided next that may look very different than what you have been guided to do before.
So if you can hear my voice in your head in those moments,
It's a new game.
You are the dealer at a new table,
At a new initiative.
And is perfect.
It's perfect,
So you're gonna learn even more skills.
You're gonna get even better at the thing that you've been doing.
You're going to trust the way the energy moves through you even more than before.
Let's do that.
Let's do that.

What I find funny,
This is just a personal little ad,
What I find funny is that ad as in addition,
But I guess ad as in advertisement,
