The Collective Pulse for the week of July 20th.
Let us close our eyes and we are going to read the energy.
Of what most serves for us to know as leaders building new worlds at this time.
I am back at the scene.
This makes so much sense for the month of July.
I'm back at the scene of the bridges,
The bridge that divides coming down,
Both sides coming down.
Last week,
If you remember,
We were waiting in the car or the train in order to be able to cross over the bridge.
And now this moment,
As we move into this next week,
I feel like the bridge is down.
It has come together.
And we are walking,
We are moving.
Across the bridge.
The word I keep hearing is scout.
You know in the olden days,
Maybe it still happens now,
But in the olden days when We lived as tribes.
And we were hunters and gatherers.
And we were perhaps in conflict with some of the other tribes around us.
We would send a scout out ahead to check the lay of the land,
To see what resources were available,
To make sure that things were safe.
And then the scout would come back and report to the rest of the community and say,
OK,
Let's go this way.
Let's go that way.
In Disney,
It would be like Moana,
The main character.
She's the one that goes out and checks out what is available and brings the news back to the community,
And then they go on the next adventure.
That's the energy I feel for us as leaders.
I would say leaders of consciousness,
Leaders of awakening.
Leaders of this incredible,
Incredible shift that humanity is moving through.
I've been trying to describe it in these videos to leaders,
Just this joy,
Expansion,
Anticipation,
Delight.
Thrill of what is about to happen.
I want to say in the next five to 10 years,
It doesn't feel like generations and generations we have to wait.
It does not feel that way at all.
I mean,
Look at how much has changed from 2020 until 2026.
How dramatically different the world is.
How much things have sped up and opened our awareness and brought us new opportunities and introduced us to new people and completed old things.
It's just been so much.
And our ability,
Our capacity to hold all of that within ourselves and then to lead ourselves through it into the next phase,
Into the next step.
It's a strength,
It's a skill,
It's a choice.
That we make.
And that's why these videos are directed to those who feel that same sense of self-leadership this feeling that there are others around who are watching how you are leading yourself.
There are communities forming around you.
Maybe you don't see them yet,
But they're coming towards you because you hold that self-leadership,
Because you are so steady and confident within yourself.
And as we start walking,
I'll bring it back to the image for this week.
As we start walking across this metaphorical bridge,
This neck phase of what is going to be shifting for humanity.
There's.
There's a wisdom that we gain.
In the leadership.
So we don't necessarily know what this future is going to be.
Leader does not mean psychic.
Leader does not mean you have the answers.
Leader means you are going to start walking through into this next version of yourself,
Into this next version of humanity,
And you're gaining wisdom as you go.
That's what the scout would do.
They would go look around,
Gather information,
Bring the information back.
What I feel is we're not bringing anything back.
We're speaking as we're walking.
We're sharing as we're leading.
Which is the beauty of technology.
Can you imagine in the olden days a scout would have had a phone?
The scout could have called the tribe and been like,
Let's FaceTime.
Yo,
Let me tell you,
Here's what's happening in the neck of the woods.
It would have been faster.
It would have been more immediate.
It's not that we're.
Somebody uniquely special,
Separate from all other people.
No,
We're humans,
Beautiful,
Infinite souls in human bodies who are saying,
I am going to lead myself.
And as I go,
I'm sharing what I'm finding.
And as I share,
Those who are maybe a little uncertain and not quite sure if they want to test that bridge yet,
Maybe the bridge doesn't look very certain,
Maybe there's dangerous waters underneath the bridge.
Maybe they don't like the color of the bridge.
I don't know.
There's so many reasons why people would rather not go first.
So to all of us who are going first.
Who are willing to step into this unknown energy within ourselves,
Within humanity,
Who can feel this pull,
This calling like in the movie Frozen.
Wait,
Maybe that was,
Maybe that was a song.
You'll have to tell me.
It's a hard rock song.
Not Guns N' Roses.
I can't think of it.
You know where they go.
It's like that.
We can hear it.
We don't know what it means yet.
But we know.
We have to move,
We have to do,
We have to walk.
So this is the week that that begins.
You can look at the astrology.
It is epic.
Epic right now.
Follow all the astrologers who are talking about all the things and they will say this month has been circled on calendars for decades.
This month.
You're in it now.
It's time to start walking.
How do you do that?
You meditate,
You get quiet,
And you trust the way you're inspired to act.
You start doing the thing that you are guided to do.
And that takes a lot of courage because sometimes that thing is a really big,
Scary,
Bold thing that we don't know we have the strength to do.
And I'm telling you that you do.
