Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.

My name is Vivian Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the new moon in Leo.

These meditations are intended to feel like we are sitting side by side in circle.

So picture yourself walking into a virtual living room and claiming your seat to tune into the astrology that is impacting our planet at this time.

Let us go ahead and close our eyes and use your breath.

You will hear me guiding you in how to use your breath to bring yourself more and more into this present moment.

We are in a time on our planet that is calling our attention in multiple ways constantly throughout the day and meditation is the pathway into ourselves unraveling from all of those external pulls.

So we begin by bringing our attention all the way here into this moment and this body.

What happens when we call our attention in is that we are often shown all the places where we are still attached.

So if you notice that your mind is bringing forward ideas,

Thoughts,

Tasks.

Imagine you can allow those thoughts to just move through and exit.

As new thoughts come in you simply allow them to flow right through and out.

And bring your focus,

Your mind,

All the way down to visualize your feet.

Maybe your feet are planted firmly on the ground.

Maybe they are stretched out in front of you like mine if you are sitting on a meditation pillow.

Visualize your feet and allow your energy,

Your consciousness to make its way down through your body all the way to your feet.

As you see your feet in your mind's eye,

As you wiggle your physical toes,

As you allow the energy to start to make its way down through your body all the way to your feet,

You will notice that it becomes a little heavier in your body,

A little more dense.

You start to notice perhaps where you feel tight inside.

When we are not in our body or bringing our attention into this moment it can sometimes feel a bit like a struggle or effort to call ourselves fully into just one moment,

Into just this experience here now in meditation.

And so relax your muscles.

Bring your attention again all the way down through to your feet.

As your mind hears my voice letting you know it's okay,

That you don't have to struggle,

That it doesn't have to be challenging or hard to be fully present.

It simply requires our attention to be called in,

Into us,

Into this moment,

Into this body.

And so you guide your energy all the way down through your body to your feet,

Relaxing your muscles as you do that.

Arriving,

Landing in a meditation space is often the most difficult part of meditation.

Once we are present and we are here inside of ourselves,

There is so much space.

Time seems to slow down all of the tasks that have felt so urgent and perhaps overwhelming.

It's definitely necessary.

When we land in our body in this way those tasks suddenly lose some of their pressure.

In fact,

It can even be challenging for our mind as we drop all the way into our body like this.

It can be challenging for our mind to hold on to those tasks.

As we invite our body to relax,

To unwind,

To be here,

The tasks can even start to dissolve.

And then perhaps our mind looks for guidance.

What does the mind do if it is not busy managing the tasks,

The assignments,

The activities?

If our body is still and our mind is being guided into the body,

Down through the body,

Bringing our awareness all the way through to our feet,

What does the mind then do?

Imagine you can open space inside of your mind.

Space that doesn't need to be filled.

It can simply be experienced inside of the body.

You may notice as that shift happens that other senses,

Physical senses,

Amplify.

So perhaps your hearing becomes louder,

Clearer.

It may sound like white noise,

That gentle hum in the background.

I like to imagine that sound is frequency.

It's an attunement,

A shift in our attention from thoughts or words or videos,

Images,

To frequency,

Tone,

A buzz,

A hum that signals to our body.

We have shifted vibration.

We have shifted our awareness,

Our consciousness in a way that our body can experience.

We call it meditation.

So relax your muscles.

Allow yourself to simply be in a space that you have claimed for yourself.

A moment in time that you have created where you can allow your mind,

Your body,

Your soul to harmonize,

To come into pure alignment.

Perhaps more pure than a moment ago,

But perhaps not all the way pure.

Relax your muscles again.

And invite your awareness to make its way down through your body to your feet.

You may find as you do that that your shoulders hunch over a little bit.

You can feel the density of your body,

Of gravity pulling you down,

Your consciousness moving even further down through your body to the lowest point where it connects to our planet,

To the earth,

To the ground,

The surface underneath your body.

And what you may find as you choose to release some heaviness,

Some density,

Toxicity,

Gunk that you weren't even realizing was in your physical body,

In your energetic experience of being human.

And you can simply choose to release whatever is ready to go down through your feet and into the earth.

Our mind may try to understand what that means or attach stories,

Beliefs to whatever the energy is that is simply releasing,

Moving from our feet down into the earth.

If it is simply frequency,

As we attune ourselves in this way in our bodies,

It can just be static that moves from our feet and into the earth.

The friction that we haven't even realized is sitting in our space until we choose to let it go and visualize that friction,

That resistance,

That tension just dissolving,

Moving from our feet into the earth.

And then perhaps you choose to straighten your spine and open your shoulders a little wider as you stretch your body again.

When we are releasing through our feet and our shoulders hunch over,

It is a conscious choice to open again to lean our shoulders back,

Open our shoulders up,

And stretch the space inside of our body even as we are releasing down through our feet.

Your mind can be given the assignment to allow both to be managed at the same time,

To guide your shoulders to relax even as they stretch open a little wider.

And to keep your feet firmly planted on the ground.

This may bring our attention to our heart chakra.

As our feet feel steady and our shoulders open,

The heart becomes more relaxed,

More felt,

More present in our awareness.

So relax your muscles and allow yourself to feel what is happening in your heart in this moment of awareness.

We carry a lot of history and beliefs in our heart.

When the astrology is moving in big ways as it is this year,

There is a lot that our heart is sorting through.

So you breathe.

You allow all of your attention to be in you,

To be in your body,

In your heart.

Keep your feet planted firmly here.

Why do we come to the heart chakra right at this new moon in Leo moment of astrology?

For our minds,

I offer the words that come to me,

But your answer may be different.

So trust your own answer.

The word,

The frequency,

The vibration that I feel is courage.

Courage in our individual heart chakra to be radiant,

To be light,

Moving through the physical form expressed through the heart chakra.

In a world that does not always celebrate radiance,

In a world that often does not allow space for radiance.

So we relax our muscles.

We allow our heart to turn over the words,

The energy,

The frequency of courage,

Of radiance.

Radiance implies light.

It implies glowing,

Happiness,

Joy,

Perhaps even bliss.

Radiance is a feeling that emits from the heart chakra.

When we experience radiance and it emanates through us,

Out from us,

It feels and looks like the sun glowing from the center of our body and shining in all directions.

It feels uncontainable.

It is not a thought or an effort.

It is not something we can manufacture or pretend.

It is a frequency.

It is not something we can borrow or take.

It comes from within each one of us,

Which is why it takes courage to be radiant,

To allow radiance to emanate.

So allow your heart to feel whatever is coming up as I say all these words,

As I attempt to describe a frequency.

Relax your muscles.

Perhaps this meditation is meant to be experienced.

It is not necessarily meant to be understood with the mind,

Tracked or followed.

It is meant to be felt.

So relax your muscles.

Feel your feet strong,

Steady,

Planted here on this planet.

You are an infinite soul whose natural state is radiance.

You are infinite light,

Choosing,

Moving through a finite human form.

Underneath all the layers of thought and story and physicality,

You are pure light.

And so in this moment,

What if you can feel your feet again planted firmly on the ground.

You can experience yourself as that light in your physical body.

You may need to wiggle or move.

It may have been a while since you felt yourself in this way.

Perhaps since you remembered or opened up the potential that you are infinite light.

And so your physical body may have reactions to that.

Focus on your feet if it feels uncomfortable.

If the light is too intense,

You can just be.

Use your breath to stay in your body.

Soothe your system by perhaps placing your hand on your thigh.

Your breath is your pathway deeper into your body.

And when you hear me breathing in this way,

It is to guide you deeper into your body.

To cue your body to safety.

To help you integrate the beauty,

The light,

The radiance that you already are.

To soothe your mind that perhaps is struggling to even understand what this experience is.

What the words even mean.

So you use your breath to stay in your body.

To expand the space in your body.

To help harmonize your mind,

Your body,

Your soul in this moment.

Through a process that we call meditation.

Use your breath in the way that you experience here.

The way that I guide and cue you to do it.

Because it allows you to study yourself.

To normalize the way it feels when we are this much light.

Radiance in a human form.

The infinite is expansive beyond words.

Consciousness.

And we guide it into a little human tiny body.

So when we remember that we are this much light.

When we claim a moment to tap back into it.

To attune to the frequency that our ears may be reverberating right now.

Then our body may feel the squeeze and that is why breath is a tool to soothe the body.

So relax your muscles.

At this new moon in Leo.

We are sitting in a moment of consciousness as a humanity.

Where so much more is about to change.

We have already experienced so much change.

Reviewing the layers of astrology.

Reviewing all of the elements that have shifted.

It is no longer necessary.

In this moment.

At this new moon.

It is about the courage to feel our radiance.

To feel it.

To allow it.

To let it emanate.

Infinite light.

Light emanating from inside each one of us.

Infinite light.

Source light.

Light from God.

The universe.

The origin.

All one.

Whatever name feels true to you.

So you breathe.

You steady your mind as it is trying to move its way through this shift in consciousness.

And you feel your feet planted firmly here.

Embodiment is the feeling,

The buzz of electricity,

Of light,

Of a frequency.

That is pure.

That is filled with potential.

We are trying to put words to energy.

It is challenging at best.

And so the guidance is to keep relaxing your muscles.

Focusing on your feet.

And allowing the frequency to just create more space inside of you.

What would the moment feel like if this light was allowed to radiate from you out.

Perhaps just into the room that you are in.

We know what it feels like to hold this light inside of ourselves and tap back into it.

What if it was allowed to radiate out into the room.

Imagine yourself as the sun.

And the sun beams,

The sun rays are starting to shine from the body that is you out into the room.

It is like turning the light on.

Notice how the room shifts in frequency.

And there is more space inside of you.

As you allow your energy,

Your light to shine into the room.

What if the light permeates outside of the room and goes into the space outside of your home,

Your building,

Your office,

Wherever you are in this moment.

What if that light radiates out into your neighborhood,

Your community.

Not to change anyone.

Not because you need anything back in return.

But simply like the rays of sun just moving,

Emanating out into the world.

And it doesn't take anything away from you.

It is simply allowing itself to radiate out.

So you breathe,

You feel your feet firmly planted on the ground.

You relax your muscles.

And you allow yourself to shine.

Without effort.

Without making anything do or happen.

Simply by allowing your light to radiate.

Just be for a moment.

Feel how calm and peaceful your mind,

Your body,

Your soul are when you remember you are infinite.

You are light here now in a physical body.

Choosing to allow your light to radiate out.

Feeling your feet firmly planted.

And then imagine you can keep this as your set point if this feels comfortable to you.

Perhaps it feels more comfortable to bring your light more into you or pull it a little bit back from how much it's been radiating out.

Find whatever set point feels comfortable to you.

And then feel your feet firmly still planted here on the ground.

Use your breath to steady yourself.

Allow your mind to come back into the bridge space between this felt experience of yourself and the 3D world that we step back into after we complete our meditation.

So perhaps your mind looks for an image to anchor this experience in for you to make sense of what you were feeling.

And then perhaps we guide the mind with the words of New Moon in Leo.

About the courage to radiate.

To be more of our infinite expressing through our finite.

A beautiful integration from this meditation would be to set an intention.

Perhaps it is very 3D.

How we support our mind,

Our body,

Our soul in radiating more in our human reality.

Perhaps the intention is to remember this feeling.

To allow ourselves to have more moments of tapping into this feeling.

Maybe the intention is to remember to use our breath as a resource to steady ourselves when the outside world feels louder or busier.

Relax your muscles.

And then with our feet firmly planted here on the ground,

We're going to slowly start bringing ourselves back more into the internal external bridge coming out of meditation and back into this 3D reality.

So you may hear my voice calling you back if you have fallen asleep or rested.

You may hear my voice guiding you to focus still on your feet firmly planted here.

And slowly start opening your eyes,

Focusing on just one thing in front of you.

So I am looking at a crystal that I'm holding in my hand and I'm starting to wiggle my fingers around the crystal.

So perhaps you start wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes,

Allowing yourself to come all the way back into this moment here in your body.

Taking in more information in the room around you.

And slowly allowing yourself to harmonize inner and outer.

What we see in our meditation space is real and true and our consciousness communicating with us.

Allow it to merge with what our physical eyes see as we open them and take in the environment around us.

Both are true.

Both are co-creating.

And at this new moon in Leo,

The dance,

The merge between the inner and the outer is more beautiful perhaps than we have experienced in a long time.

And so can we have the courage to radiate the light that we are more and more out into our regular life?

Into our relationships,

Into our work,

Into our conversations.

I encourage you to soothe yourself as you come out of this meditation by drinking a big glass of water.

Taking your time before you move back into a lot of activity.

And coming back to this as often as you need to over these next few weeks and months as the astrology keeps carrying us forward.

The frequency right now that is shared in this meditation is one that will be guiding us for a long time.

And so this meditation can transcend simply the new moon in Leo.

But the new moon in Leo moment gave us this frequency.
