Get comfortable in your space.

Bring a smile to your face and gently close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Allow your breath to gently flow with your natural rhythm.

On your inhale,

Feel your breath going into your body,

Gently expanding your chest and your abdomen.

On your exhale,

Feel your breath slowly relaxing and deflating your lower abdomen.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

As you are breathing gently and are listening to my words,

All you have to do is to relax and listen.

You may visualize the numbers in the most mythical way.

Without any of your efforts,

Your body breathes oxygen,

Bringing in life force energy day and night,

Giving you vitality,

Stamina and rest.

Your heart and your brain work perfectly without any of your efforts all the time.

Your immune system is constantly protecting you from foreign invaders,

Keeping your system in balance,

Whether you're running or you're in a deep sleep.

Feel your deepest gratitude for everything that's working perfectly,

So you can dance the dance of life,

Trust in the spirit intelligence,

Bringing you exactly what you need.

Breathe in and center your attention on your heart.

Feel it opening up and warming you up.

Now start bringing your attention downwards,

Slowly moving from your heart center into your solar plexus center,

Located in your stomach area.

Keep sliding your attention further down into your sacral center,

Located in your lower abdomen area.
