Despite her practice of staying present, she never imagined it lead her to opening up The Wee Retreat CIC, a wellness centre in Scotland and becoming a Mindfulness teacher herself. Vicky feels it is a privilege to share the benefits of the practice with others and offers a warm welcome to anyone wishes to practice with her.
