Hello my friends and welcome to a guided meditation meant to slowly return you back to yourself.

So find a nice comfortable seated or lying position and we'll go ahead and get started.

Allow your body to soften,

Gently breathing in and out,

Allowing your hands to rest gently and if it feels safe,

Closing your eyes,

Taking a long and slow breath in through your nose and a gentle breath out through your mouth.

Again,

Breathing in through the nose and releasing through the mouth.

With every exhale,

Imagine the day melting away as you fully arrive here in this space.

This is your time to reconnect with yourself through your breath.

Let your awareness drop into your body and feel the ground beneath you,

Steady,

Solid and holding you supportively.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to arrive a little more fully here,

Breathing in and out.

Now bring your attention to your heart center.

No need to force anything,

Just simply notice.

What does it feel like to be here with yourself without needing to fix,

To change or perform?

Gently begin to say to yourself in your mind,

I am safe to reconnect with who I truly am.

Breathing in and out,

Connecting with this inner place and visualize a soft light forming all around your body,

A warm glow that gently calls your energy back.

From scattered thoughts,

From past interactions,

From moments when you gave too much of yourself away,

With love and intention,

Call your energy back to you,

Offering yourself these words,

I call my energy back to me,

Not to shut the world out but to remember who I am.

Feel that energy returning to your center like strands of light being woven back into your heart,

Filling the places that feel tired,

Empty or overlooked,

Breathing into the fullness of your being.

There is nothing to earn here,

Nothing to prove.

You exactly as you are,

Are enough and let yourself rest in that truth.

Taking a few moments in this stillness,

Feeling the presence of your inner self,

Steady,

Loving and wise,

Breathing in and out,

Let any generated images slowly begin to fade away as you refocus yourself back to your breath,

Simply following the breath all the way in and back out again.

And slowly begin to bring your awareness back into your body,

Back into this space,

Maybe by wiggling your fingers or toes,

And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
