Hi friends and welcome to a guided meditation with me Jess from Two Moons Wellness.

Today's guided meditation is on interconnectedness.

So find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And slowly begin to allow your body to soften.

Taking a nice big breath in and as you exhale,

Letting your eyes gently close,

Allowing your forehead to soften,

Relaxing your jaw,

Breathing in and relaxing your shoulders away from your ears with your exhale,

Allowing yourself to come into the space,

Into the meditation.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling softly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhaling,

Letting the breath fill your belly and exhaling,

Releasing any of the heaviness that you've been carrying.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to arrive in this present moment.

Begin to bring your attention inward to the quiet rhythm of your breath,

Feeling your chest rising and falling,

Feeling the pulse of life moving through you.

With each inhale,

Sense your energy gathering in the center of your heart and with each exhale,

Let that energy expand softly outward,

Breathing into that rhythm for a few breath cycles,

Inward and outward,

Receiving and giving.

A reminder that even your breath is a part of the greater exchange with life.

Now imagine a soft golden light flowing within your heart space.

This is your inner being,

Pure,

Radiant and alive.

With every breath,

Let this light expand,

Filling your chest,

Your entire body until it surrounds you completely.

As this light expands,

Imagine it beginning to reach outward beyond your physical form,

Touching all the spaces around you,

Merging gently with the light of all beings.

With each breath,

Sense that every person,

Every animal,

Every tree,

The two-legged,

The four,

And the winged,

Every particle of earth and sky has this same light within,

And as you breathe,

You begin to feel and see the subtle web that connects us all.

See yourself as a part of an intricate and luminous network,

Threads of energy connecting you to the hearts of others.

Each thread pulses softly with life,

With love,

And with awareness.

You may feel warmth,

Tingling,

Or a gentle sensation of expansion,

Reminding you that there is no separation here,

Only unity,

Only the quiet remembrance that you belong to something vast and eternal.

Now,

Let yourself rest in that knowing.

Breathe with the world,

Inhaling the love that exists all around you,

And exhaling that love back into the collective field.

Each breath is a prayer of connection,

Each heartbeat is a reminder that we are one.

Now,

Allow yourself to reflect who or what do you feel connected to at this moment,

What does it mean to be a part of this living tapestry?

Perhaps it's the people you love,

The land that holds you,

Or the unseen energies that guide and support your growth.

Offer a silent thank you to life itself for this interwoven existence.

Begin to bring more awareness back into your body,

Feeling the weight of your own form and the support beneath you,

The gentle rhythm of your own breath returning to its natural flow.

Know that this sense of connection never leaves you,

It lives within your breath,

Within your awareness,

And within the very fabric of who you are.

Taking another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Softly reminding yourself,

I am connected,

I am a part of the whole.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness into your physical body,

Back into this space,

Maybe by wiggling your fingers or toes.

Taking one last breath in,

Carrying this awakened awareness of interconnectedness into the rest of your day.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes,

Fully returning to the space.
