On the twin flame journey, it is easy to focus on what your twin flame is doing, what might happen, or how they feel. These thoughts often hijack the brain and make you feel like you are going crazy. They distract from work and can even make sleep hard. This recording will help you look at your obsessive thoughts in a different way and help you begin to transform them, so you can finally start to get your brain back.

On the Twin Flame journey,

A common theme is obsessive thoughts.

Often we can't stop thinking about our Twin Flame.

We start to obsess over what they're doing,

What they're not doing,

How often they text,

The space between communication.

We analyze what words they said,

What they didn't say,

And it starts to become an all-consuming thing for your brain is to want to know what the Twin Flame is doing.

Do they feel the same as you?

When are they going to come back?

And this can be very,

Very disruptive to our life,

To our peace.

It makes us pop into our head and gets us out of our body,

Out of our emotions,

And our thoughts just run us.

And it can be a very,

Very painful and distracting part of the Twin Flame journey.

And I'm going to give you some tools for helping you deal with these obsessive thoughts.

The first tool is to map out these voices.

So we're going to look and analyze your thoughts and put them into categories.

So I'm going to imagine that some of them are really high and exciting thoughts,

Thinking of the future,

Thinking of the past,

Of a beautiful time that you had together.

And I want you to start journaling those on a page and see where these thoughts and this voice takes you.

It's probably a very hopeful voice.

It's thinking about all the good times that you had together and what's that going to be like in the future.

It might be drawing up images of marriage,

Of connection,

Of children.

And we want to let that voice just have its own page.

And just notice what comes up in your body when you let that voice just flow.

It might trigger feelings of excitement,

Hopefulness,

Euphoria,

Love,

A deep,

Deep sense of connection and you might even feel physical sensations of tingling and happiness.

And now on another page,

I want you to put the voice of,

I'm imagining there's a voice there that is obsessing and worrying about how you can fix this.

What can you do to get this twin flame back?

For me,

It was like,

How can I talk to this person?

How can I adjust who I am?

How can I have the highest vibration and no doubt?

And just start letting that voice,

This kind of detective,

This problem solver,

Let her have her own page where you just let her just talk about her ideas and see how her ideas and her thoughts make you feel.

Imagine this problem solver helps you feel like a drive,

Some energy,

Feels motivating.

It feels exciting to have a plan.

It feels like maybe you're in control.

And just let her have that whole page and noticing the thoughts that come up when this obsessive part gets to obsess over how we're going to get this person back.

And now on another page,

I imagine you also have a voice that is full of doubt,

That is maybe scared,

Doesn't like the twin flame,

Is worried that you're being used,

Is thinking this person's never coming back.

And it might even beat you up some and say like,

You're a fool for even thinking this person is going to come around or you're a fool to think this is a twin flame.

And I want you to let this kind of darker,

More critical voice have its own page and just letting it voice its opinions about you,

About your twin flame,

About what's been happening,

What you've allowed to happen.

And again,

We're noticing what this voice brings up.

Sometimes this voice can make us feel ashamed of ourselves,

Make us feel scared we're wasting our time,

That we might get hurt again.

And just kind of noticing again in your body what this voice,

This more critical voice,

How does your body respond?

Again,

We're kind of trying to get a hold of what's happening with these obsessive thoughts to get control of what's happening in our brain and our system.

And we want to start to become the inner adult and let these parts of us have their opinion and one by one,

We're going to sit with them.

And that's the beginning of getting control of your obsessive mind.

And once we kind of hear out these different parts,

We can start to work with them to help them figure out what's underneath this,

What's the underlying need.

And we can help these parts of us understand what's going on with this twin flame,

See if these parts trust us to handle the situation.

And little by little,

We'll start to get control over what's happening in our brain.

So if you want to work on work that day,

Or be present with our friends and our family,

We can do that.

And these parts just don't take over.

These obsessive thoughts really are the key to our journey.

And there's so much good information within these obsessive parts.

We don't want to silence them and we don't want to let them take over.

So go ahead,

Get out your journal and start to use this tool to get a hold of these obsessive thoughts.
